Beach and Golf Private Villa in Palmas Del Mar

The place was rundown . Two dining chairs were broken unusable , futon missing a leg . Bedding old and needed cleaning . Garden hose nozzle on shower, ants , no beach towels , old beach chairs , loungers on beach for Wyndham not for us, needs good dusting , sheer curtain leading to patio , restaurants at the square area were terrible , I am not a complainer and most reviews are positive , however I read good reviews and I wish people were honest because I count on those reviews, so I am honest so next person knows what to expect

Broken furniture (two of the four dining chairs were broken, futon bed has no leg, was unable to use it) dead roaches, intermittent WiFi connection (had to reset at least three to four time a day), broken garbage disposal, TV in the bedroom wasn’t working, tried to reach out to the owner wasn’t successful.

Everything was organized for this property. Host has very good communication. The property was very shitable for our needs.

Beautiful setting with great views right off the covered patio (which was very relaxing when it rained). Easy access to the beach and steps away from several pools where we could actually sit and enjoy without kids screaming or hiphop blasting.

Location is perfect. We enjoyed the pools and beach and other Palmas Del Mar amenities. We’re able to find a English speaking church as well. Overall, excellent stay. Owner was very helpful as well. Highly recommend it.

Very clean ground level gated 1 bedroom condo. Easy beach and pool access. Plenty of reasonably priced good restaurants in the development area and convenient snokeling outside of development area. Only downside is golf access for non-members. $200, limited times for singles, and no group setups for singles. Note: Checkin process was difficult(hard to find condo even with GPS).

Wonderful setting and lovely property.

The location of this property was amazing. The pools were great. We loved the short walk to the beach and the turtle pond. The villa was clean. A few things needed updating but it didn't matter. We would definitely return.

Very nice spacious place. Clean kitchen with everything u need. Walmart supercenter a short drive for grocery shopping. Extra closet with stuff to use at the beach. Beautiful golf course. Safe gated community that’s well-maintained. Pond with lots of turtles, birds, and iguanas that appreciated the fruit we cut up for them. Beach is a short walk away. Staff was very friendly. Hotel next store had excellent food. A/C kept the place very cool. Two pools, hot tub, and kiddie pool. We would stay here again!

The condition of the apartment was great. I found a roach but I understand being on the ground floor that is going to happen. The internet did not work for almost two days but the contact person was very attentive and got the issue resolved. I had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was a perfect place for us to relax and sleep after a long day of hanging out by the pool. The backyard had a gorgeous view that you could enjoy from a covered porch. The pool was basically in the backyard. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5.
