As you enter this villa, you will be greeted by the natural light and large open concept layout. The living area is the perfect place to gather and unwind, featuring plush leather seating and a cinematic viewing experience. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Adjacent to the living area, the dining area features a beautiful dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. There is a half bathroom and laundry room located on the first floor.

Head through the large sliding doors to soak up all the Florida sun in the private pool and spillover spa. The pool area features 4 sun loungers, sofa, chairs perfect to relax and a fenced-in pool with a self-closing door. You can also dine al' fresco with a meal straight off the built-in BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with seating for 6. If looking for more relaxation, then head towards the custom theater/game room located on the first floor. The custom theater/game room features theater seats for 7, perfect to host a movie night. It also has a Star Wars Trilogy Arcade game to keep everyone entertained. There is more entertainment on the second floor for all to enjoy. As you head upstairs enter the diner themed game room filled with neon lights. You can play a friendly competition of pool in the chrome pool table or just sit back and relax with a 60-inch TV, two 43-inch TV, bar and bar seating. There is also a multi-arcade platinum version with over 1,000 games to keep you entertained all day long.

Ready for a good night's sleep Be Our Guest Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 themed master suites and 2 custom-built kids bedrooms. On the first floor, there is an Italy themed master suite with a king-size bed. On the second floor, there are 2 more master suites, France and England themed, with king-size beds. The princesses will have their own custom-built bedroom with a full over full bunkbed. The superheroes will also have their custom-built bedroom with 2 full over full bunk beds with a slide. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 55-inch TVs.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
