Stayed May 20, 2023Great little place to stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and the location is close to shopping, and grocery's.The Meadows is nicely manicured and a very quiet subdivision. I would recommend.

Stayed Aug 25, 2021My circumstance differed from normal seasonal rental. I sold a Sarasota condo at Phillippi Creek Landings and needed a dwelling until I decided on various options (Re-buy in Sarasota, or out of state, etc.) The Meadows neighborhood is a wonderful location. Quiet, extensive walking and biking trails, golf course and centrally located to numerous restaurants and attractions. I recommend 4869 Winslow Beacon for individual or couple rentals. The unit is well equipped with kitchen amenities. Internet is provided with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Stayed Mar 21, 2021Place was newly updated, very nice decor, great kitchen with everything you would need. Nice neighborhood and great location, close to shopping & restaurants. Silvia, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. I was attending Medical Sales College for 12 weeks and this was the perfect place!
