A slice of paradise- Already booked again.We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in the Benissa area. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful privacy, lush tropical style garden and the incredible pool that quickly became our favourite spot to unwind.The villa itself is beautifully maintained, with three spacious bedrooms that offered comfort and tranquility. Its location is ideal, just a short stroll to the beach and other amenities.What truly made the experience exceptional were the owners. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made communication effortless from start to finish. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hosts who genuinely care about your stay.We loved it so much that we’ve already booked to return next year. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with all the comforts of home and a touch of tropical charm, this villa is a gem!

Lovely Pool which is this villa's best feature. We were concerned about mosquitoes having read some other reviews but we can say that we were hardly bothered; also very few wasps which was great.There are a lot of rules and instructions to be followed at the property. Really appreciated every bedroom having their own en-suite bathroom. Some noise at times from neighbouring holiday-let villas.Aircon in the bedroom worked well as was a definite plus. The villa is described as having air con in two of the bedrooms. These are small portable units and while the unit is perfectly adequate in the smallest bedroom, the portable unit in the large/main bedroom did not cool the room. Beds were comfortable and a generous size.There is no passing traffic due to the villa's location, which was great and added to privacy.Communication from the owner was always excellent.

This villa is as described in the listing. The pool and garden area are fantastic with many areas to sit and relax. Inside is traditional and was easy to keep cool using the air con. We would happily return to this villa if staying in the area again.

Everything was as listed or even better, check in / check out process really smooth, communication fantastic we all had a really good time plenty of chairs and sun loungers. Over all a 5* experience Will definitely be back The Rowlands Family x

Fantastic holiday home in the area of Moraira. With everything you need for a great holiday. Wonderful garden, very well kept. The owners are charming and always ready to solve any problem. In short, if you want to spend a few days in the area you should always consider this villa as one of your top choices. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. The photos on the website truly reflect the Villa and gardens. The Villa is well appointed with plenty of space to chill out and have fun. The outdoor space is lovely with a fabulous pool, areas to relax, a BBQ and places to eat (but watch the mosquitoes they really liked us!). A good location to explore the surrounding areas but a car is a must. There are some lovely touches around the home which give away that this is Anne & Johan’s home. We had great communication with the hosts throughout our stay and thank them for letting us share their special space.

A wonderful villa with the most amazing pool. 10 mins walk to a beach with restaurants and Calpe is just a few minutes drive. The villa was beautiful and the owners have great communication and easy to get along with. Very highly recommended!!

Our recent stay at the Villa was absolutely amazing, we had a couple of minor issues on the first day but Johan made sure these were sorted out promptly. Communication from booking to check out has been super-efficient, friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our daughters and their partners, we all love to cook, and it was a genuine pleasure to use the kitchen. We’ve stayed in many places where the kitchen utensils are basic, this is definitely not the case here, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Johan and Anne generously share the contents of their wonderful home with their guests, so table settings look and feel beautiful, so much so, we only went out for dinner one night. The barbeque was great and with 4 different spaces for dining, you are literally spoilt for choice, the dining room and poolside were our favourites. The pool and garden are fantastic, totally peaceful, most days we didn’t see or hear anyone else, just what we wanted, it really is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The well-established tropical garden is stunning. As you would expect there was a good few mosquitos, so make sure to take insect spray. But the house is well prepared for this with citronella candles and plug in repellents in most locations so it’s not a huge issue. The pool is stunning and so well maintained it really is a delight, we enjoyed the pool from early morning to evening. It was actually difficult to drag ourselves away from the pool and garden to explore, so do allow yourselves a few days to just enjoy the space. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, it’s a steep climb on the way back. Mandala, the bar on the beach does good food and there are several supermarkets close by, we hired a car so had access to 3 or 4. We all totally loved the villa and had a fabulous holiday and would love to become one of Johan and Anna’s regular visitors.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely villa during late August 2022. A relatively short walk (around 15 mins) to local beaches & restaurants or a 10-15 min drive to either Moraira (lovely) or Calp (bigger/busier) so the location is good. Would generally recommend needing a car to get around. A very clean, comfortable and well appointed 3 bedroom villa with loads of space outside with a great pool, outside cooking area with BBQ and lovely garden surroundings. Some nice touches with tech like TV with all the main streaming apps built in for the kids and a Sonus speaker system which you can connect to when you want some entertainment to relax. Very friendly, helpful and approachable owners also - would highly recommend! ?

The Villa is exactly as shown in the photo's. You could describe it as an upside down house in UK terms in that all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living area on the upper level. This works very well as it keeps the bedrooms cool at night and although we did use the aircon at times the bedrooms were no where near as hot as other villa's we have stayed at in August. The pool area is completely private and is not overlooked and has the benefit of sun all day from 10am with various umbrellas and shady areas if it was needed. The kitchen facilities are the best we have experienced and it’s clear this is the owners second home rather than just a rental. The villa is up a steep hill and although it is walking distance from the nearest beach, restaurant and supermarket you do need a car or take taxi's to enjoy Calpe or Moraira (the next biggest towns) Calpe is approximately 5 minutes by car. Overall this villa is really good value and the best we have stayed in. We liked it so much we will be returning in 2023. Johan is very responsive and although we did not have any issues while there he kept in regular contact. (checking we arrived safely etc) Thanks again, we are already looking forward to next year!
