Combining modern amenities, authentic charm, and tasteful décor, this villa guarantees a complete change of scenery.

Upon arrival through the arched doorway, you enter a spacious and airy 55m² open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, citrus press, pressure cooker, as well as a washer and dryer in the utility room.

This space opens onto a private courtyard, perfect for summer lunches. A griddle is also available for your use. The adjoining garage has been converted into a bar/drinks area.

In this garage, you can store your bicycles and freshen up after a day at the beach in the small shower room provided for this purpose.

Upstairs, a landing leads to a bathroom, a toilet, two double bedrooms (160cm x 200cm beds), and a large dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
