A beautiful, newly-built house-villa of 2 floors with mezzanine in sunny Ierapetra, unique architecture and fine taste. The house has enough comforts for every kind of age-groups, even for persons with disabilities, as it has an internal elevator that leads to both floors. It is designed to be pleasant and autonomic.
At the ground floor there is the biggest bedroom with small livimg room ,full-equipped kitchen and own bathroom.
At the first floor there is a big living-room with fireplace and WC, a full-equipped kitchen with modern facilities, and one bedroom with own bathroom. It has terraces with access to back-yard garden through outside stairs.
The second floor has a living-room with fireplace too, and two bedrooms, one with enclosed bathroom, and the other with a shower next to it. There is also an extra room for massage treatment and a sitting-desk.
Every room has an own terrace and additional balconies.
The location of the house is at the new part of the town, after you enter coming from Heraklion or Sitia in a quite neighborhood. It will take only 5-10 minutes by feet to the seaside. Around the place you can find 3 big markets, pharmacies and other kind of shops. It has a parking place and many local walking streets. You will have easy access to main roads, going out for adventuring in the town and around it.
