Armação de Pêra: villa with heatable pool & BBQ

The villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the games room and spending time by the pool. It is a great location close to the beach and local amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor area is excellent with a lovely pool, BBQ and space to relax in the sun. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday.

A great villa for a family holiday. The house is spacious and well equipped and the pool was fantastic. The games room and ping pong table were a big hit with everyone. The area is quiet but still close to the beach and local restaurants.

Pool was very cool, even though it was solar heated, it was constantly cool, and the sun was shining the entire time we were there. The villa itself was beautiful. Had a few issues near the beginning of our stay, but the property management company was outstanding at rectifying the issues quickly.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Catalina. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but just 5 minutes from the beach in Armação de Pêra. The kids loved the heated pool, the snooker and the ping pong table. Every evening, we would go for a walk along the promenade, with plenty of restaurants, ice cream and even live music. The house is modern, very well equipped and spacious, perfect for families. We’ll definitely come back!

Fantastic t property we had a great time

We stayed at Villa Catalina with four couples and absolutely loved it! The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos, very modern and has everything you need. The heated pool was a luxury, we even went for night swims. The BBQ area and lounge space are perfect for relaxing together. In the evening, we always went down to town for dinner and a stroll along the promenade. Great vibe, good food and lots of things happening nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed with a group of friends and absolutely loved the house. The pool area is super pleasant, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the location is great, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Armação has a fantastic promenade for evening walks and lots of restaurants with great food. The nights were always fun. We highly recommend it!

Villa Catalina was exceptional. The property is beautifully designed with spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. We loved the heated pool and the outdoor dining area, perfect for all meals. Its location is ideal, close to attractions yet peaceful. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, excellent welcome!!

The villa is super spacious and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We loved the pool, which was heated and perfect for evening swims, and the outdoor dining area with the BBQ was where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the central island with high chairs made meal times so much fun. The game room in the basement was a hit with our group—plenty of space for everyone to relax. Definitely a place I’d come back to!
