We were really well looked after by Marie both before and during our holiday, and all arrangements were smoothly and professionally handled. Great location with privacy, easy reach of the beach and a good quality supermarket nearby. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property….

We stayed as a family in this fantastic villa for 1 week, the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s fabulous! Marie and Jochim are the perfect hosts, the villa was extremely clean and face masks were provided along with a very happily received welcome pack! Location was perfect and a very handy supermarket next door, beach was a short walk away and is stunning. Local taxis available into Old town. We had a brilliant holiday highly recommend this villa, hope to book again for next year.

For the second year we choose this amazing villa for our vacations. The house is perfect, very close to the beach (5 min walking) and right next the Supermarket. Jochen and Marie are so helpful and welcoming. We took our 7 months baby and the house was all prepared for her. Unforgettable week! We hope to be back every year!

Just had our first Villa holiday here and have to say......... absolutely loved it! When arriving late at night we were met by the owners Jochen and Marie who were so lovely and very welcoming! We were over the moon with the Villa and have to say that the photos do not do it justice! So much more beautiful in real life! There is so much space for a family holiday! The villa is spotlessly clean! Very handy having a cafe and supermarket next door! We walked to the beach every day and ate in the lovely restaurants down there! Literally a 5 minute walk! All the rooms are a great size, the showers are lovely, the kitchen very well equipped and the garden and pool area is stunning! Great barbecue area too which we made use of! We have loved this holiday so much we will DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you Jochen and Marie for being great hosts and we will be back!

We arrived earlier than the “check in” time, however Marie went over and beyond to ensure that the villa was ready for our arrival. She helped to move a camp bed upstairs for our eldest....we wanted our 3 children to sleep in the same room. Villa was very clean, spacious and secure. There were more than enough kitchen/dining utensils and crockery. Adequate space in the fridge/freezer. Apolonia supermarket is literally next door.....no issues with any noise early in the morning. Very convenient and had everything we needed. We worked out that if we got a taxi to the local Lidl/Aldi then the cost would be the same. Yes it is more expensive, but it wasn’t extortionate. On arrival Marie explained where the beach was....which was literally a 5 minute walk away (for 2 adults and 3 children under 8). We had an issue with the internet, but this was dealt with by jochen asap and internet was restored. Pool area was very clean. The pool is not heated, so unfortunately the kids weren’t too keen to get in as it was very cold....but this was due to going at the end of October. We are looking to come back in Summer as the villa is perfect and the pool will be too. This villa is amazing (this is the 3rd villa we have stayed in this year and we have been renting villas for 6 years). Cab to Albufeira old town was easy to order and took us 10 mins to get there....approx 15 euros. We have stayed in many many villas and this is by far the best for comfort, cleanliness and location. We've just returned from a wonderful week at 'Number 82' villa. The pictures really don't do this villa justice. It is just beautiful! Marie & Jochen were a pleasure to deal with from the point of booking all the way through to meeting & greeting us late at the villa on arrival. They also arranged our transfer to & from the airport with a trusted company they use which gave us piece of mind. We were a party of 3 couples and the villa was plenty big enough to have our own space with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The supermarket next door is brilliant and the beach/beach front restaurants are just a 5min walk away. A cab ride into Albuferia was approx €13 and well worth a visit. Can't recommend this villa enough. It was everything we wanted and more and we will all be recommending!

If you are going to book a villa on the Algarve make it this one. The villa is spotlessly clean inside and out. We were met by Jochen and Marie on arrival at 11.45 pm they couldn't have been more helpful even leaving basics in the fridge for us. The villa is well equipped with everything that you require. The swimming pool is a great size and well maintained every second or third day. The supermarket next door is very expensive, get the bare essentials from it and then get a taxi to Algarve shopping and go to the continente hyper market and stock up. Believe me you will save yourself a lot of money. The best point about the villa is the people you are dealing with, nothing is too much trouble and they really know what people are looking for which is reflected in the property. this villa has absolutely everything you need to have a brilliant holiday and more besides it's so well equipped, a lot of thought has gone into the design of it and the photographs really don't do it the justice it deserves, its amazingly clean and has comfortable beds . We have been to this area on holiday for the past four years as love it. This villa is very special, so much space, meticulously clean, fabulous pool and next door to the waitrose by the sea type supermarket. We had no complaints at all and would recommend this villa and the wonderful hosts without hesitation.

A lovely spacious comfortable villa, Marie & Jochen were very welcoming and everything was ready for our arrival even though we were a little earlier than the official check in time. We were a family of five with a two year old, sometimes cots can be too small or not up to par but Marie had made the cot up beautifully and our daughter enjoyed some restful nights sleep :-) garden and pool were kept clean and we enjoyed a couple of bbq's under the pagoda with meat purchased from the very convenient supermarket next door, they also do a take away service if you don't fancy cooking! A little bit of noise from the lorries that deliver to the supermarket early in the mornings but this really is minor. We didn't hire a car as we felt we had everything we needed on the doorstep. Beautiful beach five minutes walk away with three good restaurants and all child friendly. A really lovely place and I'm sure we will visit again :-) Family Hobbs xx
