an island of peace with amazing sea wiew, among palms, pines, and olive trees

After getting familiar with italian roads, we really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic and beautiful place. It was very calm and everybody was nice. Extremably recommendable for dog owners!

The location is on the top of the hill. It's very quiet, all fenced in with ample space inside and outside of the house, it was perfect for us and our dogs. Bianca was always available when we had questions or needed assistance. We would have liked to stay for another week.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly owners. A large house and quiet location away from the tourist hotspots. Dog friendly. The Owners have dogs and your dogs (every size) are welcome. And one of the best…the view from this location. I hope we can come back in another season.

Very nice, quiet location on top of a hill, with beautiful view in all directions, to the South being the Ligurian sea. The road to it is narrow, and the GPS didn`t recognized the last part, you need to insist looking for it.

Beautiful situation and a lovely villa. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The only drawback of this villa is the road access and distance from shops bars and restaurants. Car is essential.

Very beautiful and spacious house in the heart of private Park on top of the hill overlooking Imperia and Diano Marina. Thanks to Bianca and her husband, we felt from the start absolutely relaxed, with great privacy and lots of space for play of the children and long walks for others. We were 7 (four adults and three kids) and even could accommodate guests (4) in the house overnight, thanks to available folding beds. Hosts were always available to help us with facilities, and have given a lot of good advice. The only inconvenience is quite steep and bulky road to the beaches in Diano Marina. Beaches in Imperia are overall not so nice. Thanks and see you next time! Valery

we have been the second time in an house from Bianca and Ubaldo. This year, we could rent Villa Alpicella. We loved it so much, the view all around the house is stunning, the kitchen is very well equipped, the sleepingrooms have good beds and big wardrobes and the livingroom is everything: big, cozy, just wonderfull. But we diddn't spend so much time inside, because outside is so invitingly. There are three different terraces with furnitures, so that you can find a place in the shade or in the sun for your meal. And it is sooo calm. You can sit in the sunlounger, following the ships passing by and listenning to the birds. Or you go for a walk in the area and enjoy the plants, flowers and Olivetrees. Thank you Bianca and Ubaldo for this beautiful spot. Now at home we are thinking of you and enjoying your delicious Oliveoil. One day, we will come again

If you are making it up the climb through the city of Imperia you seriously won't regret it. The place is a perfect hideaway for a week or two. If you sit outside on the terrace enjoying the stunning views you should take the time and close your eyes to listen... Guess what, you'll only hear the wind! This made us relaxing so much! After arrival Bianca and Ubaldo will give you a warm welcome and explain you everything well that no questions remain open. They'll live nearby but won't bother you at all unless you need something. Ubaldo was always very kind and there for us if if had a or a request. The dogs are very friendly and kept us playing with them while being outside of the fenced area around the house. We were enjoying long walks through the whole olive farm and sometimes just sit for a long time on the bench down the hill which is a great place day and night to enjoy great views over the city. The house offers everything you need, we went rhere with a big family group of 10 and one night even 11 people which was still very easy to handle. All rooms in the house are very spacious so you'll always find enough space for yourself. Ubaldo and Bianca equipped us with two very nice baby chairs which made the kids feeling very comfortable while eating. Outside the house you can generally find four spots to hang around. There are enough chairs for sitting and even two sun chairs for enjoying the sun. Maybe I forgot something but we're already planning our next trip to this beautiful place so I will add the forgotten things next time. Thanks again to Bianca, Ubaldo with kids and the dogs.
