Welcome to Amoraflora. This one-of-a-kind oceanfront villa in Rum Point offers a 'mini-resort experience for large families or vacationing couples.
Made up of two 'L-shaped' single-story villas with a common breezeway to the sea, the entire property sits on a 200-foot wide double lot on the oceanfront. Taking full advantage of its width and location, Amoraflora boasts 4 oceanfront suites, a 100-foot wide oceanfront deck, 80-foot long custom swimming pool (25-meter laps) as well as a new 'pickleball' hard court.

The original east wing includes a full kitchen, oceanfront living room, screened porch, and three-bedroom suites. The newly added west wing features a contemporary open-concept great room with a modern kitchen, dining area, and oceanfront living area. Two-bedroom suites are located in the west wing and open to either the beach on one side or the pool deck on the other.

-- Library & Study - optional 6th sleeping area detached from the west wing. Queen sleeper sofa with high-quality memory foam mattress. 2 children or smaller adults.
Amoraflora has one of the largest swimming pools of any vacation villa on the island and is protected from the ocean breeze by its unique floorplan. With lounge chaises front and back, there is always plenty of seating for oceanfront or pool-side sunbathing!
1) A Cleaning Fee may be required due to enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols.
2) Additional Silver Thatch kayaks available for discounted rental. Signed waiver required.
Should you cancel outside of 60 days from arrival, half of the initial deposit less a 3.50% processing fee will be refunded to the card on file. Should we be able to rebook your canceled dates, in whole or in part, a prorated refund will also be applied to the card on file.
Should we be unable to replace your canceled dates, the balance of the remaining deposit is forfeited.
PANDEMIC EXCEPTION: At 60 days from arrival, if the Cayman Islands are closed to tourism, require quarantine, or reasonable travel options do not exist, you may either reschedule your stay for future dates or request to cancel with all payments refunded, less a 3.5% processing fee.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
-- We're committed to the health and safety of all our guests and have adopted enhanced cleaning safeguards to suppress the spread of COVID-19. All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival using health agency-approved cleaners and disinfectants. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
-- Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival on-island.
-- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
-- 10% Guest Service Fee includes your Silver Thatch Membership.
-- Owner requires a $1,000 refundable cleaning and damages deposit
-- 5-night minimum stay required.
-- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
-- 7-night minimum stay and full occupancy rate required over Christmas and New Year's week
-- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
-- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
-- Weddings and small events limited to 18 guests total. Must have prior approval.
-- Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around mother nature.

One of the best places you will stay. Everything is amazing!
We usually stay on seven mile beach but really enjoyed this property. We had a group of 12 and it was perfect.
Beautiful ocean Views with wonderful snorkeling and swimming. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the ocean and pool. Spacious sleeping and kitchens with great appliances for cooking. Great place to stay.
The house was large and spread out which was great for our family get together for 12. 6 adults 6 children. The big disappointment was there was no clean beach in front of the house. There was 15 to 20 feet of seaweed and plastic junk that was 3-4 feet high from one side of the property to the other with a 2 foot path made after the third day by the gardener. Certainly not like in the photographs. The neighbours beaches were cleaned by workmen twice while we were there. I would think that for a beachfront villa at the prices they charge for beachfront that the owner/ managers would at least clean the huge drifts of seaweed so we could use the beach. The excuse used that the winds and currents did this was not acceptable. They knew of the problem. It was a simple case of not spending some money to clean it.
Beach was so piled up with seaweed it was almost impossible to get in water. Was told they were going to work on it but only cleared a path.
We were two families who loved this house. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Great location near Rum Point and Starfish point. Quiet location away from hectic seven mile beach area. Only complaint was no real grocery store is that close. Wifii in house also did not work at times. We would definitely stay again!
Bob & I loved the home. The pictures are true to what the home looks like. My only recommendation would be for the owner to purchase a gas grill to use vs. charcoal. Plenty of floats for the pool. The property manager was great.
