Villa is lovely, we had a couple of minor problems early in our time there, but Natti, our contact there, sorted them out within a couple of hours, she is superb. Rooms are excellent, bedrooms upstairs are vast! Location is between Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach, both great, but for different reasons, about 15 minutes walk from Rawai, and 20 minutes walk from Nai Harn. If you don't fancy the walk, taxis are in abundance, and so cheap! I have no hesitation in recommending a stay in tis villa, we were a family group of 7, and there was space for everyone. Great stay, would love to come back

Beautiful and big villa, great pool area and good air condition in every room. Fast and effective service from the host. Would definitely come back if we visit Phuket again.
