AMAZING VIP VILLA ON ACRE LAND WITH 6 BEDROOMS BIG POOL, OUTDOOR KITCHE ENJOY!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The big backyard was the absolute highlight—so spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or enjoying mornings and evenings outdoors. It really made the stay feel special. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with outdoor space.

The host allowed us to check in early and the property was clean despite a rush from the cleaning crew. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend to a group with kids as there are a ton of outdoor activities. The outside patio is enclosed by a fence to keep young ones away from the pool. The property is in a nice location that is about 20 minutes from the strip.

The property was close to our event and made it convenient. The owner was fair and responsive.The home was clean but not immaculate. The master bathroom has no towel hanger. The towels were not stocked in the bathrooms but laid on the beds and in a hallway corner shelf.The living room and dining room furnishings are functional but not comfortable or inviting. Entry and exit issues:The key pad access to the driveway was not functioning from outside, but was functional from inside the garage. The garage code was not operational meaning someone had to close the garage manually and then exit the home. And the walk-in gate worked but only for entry, when exiting the walk-in gate would not lock from the outside. Getting out and ensuring everything was closed and locked was an exercise in patience and perseverance.

Very nice property, lots of room for outside activities. Front gate was broken, so we had to get creative with exiting/entering property. It’s located in an old neighborhood, no curb appeal. Jacuzzi isn’t a real jacuzzi, doesn’t heat up. House is pretty run down

What a fun, fun house for an active family of 15. Ages 9-78. Pickleball court, volleyball court, cornhole, 3 hole putting green, outdoor jenga blocks, and large pool. Lots of indoor games as well. There was something for everyone.House was close to stores and restaurants. We ate all of our meals at the house. Large covered patio with gas grill area off the back of the house. Plenty of dishware and utensils etc. Although we could have used more big bowls and sturdier cookware. Freemont Street and The Strip were an easy 15 minute drive from the house. Although everyone was quite content to stay at the house and play and talk and eat and drink and catch grasshoppers. We utilized all sleeping areas and the 2 teenagers stayed in the “cottage” and the younger 5 all fit in the bunk bed with a cot as well. I felt 15 people would be a max before it got cramped. Air conditioning at times was a bit sketchy. We had a very unusual week of high 90’s and even 100 degree days, Tough for the AC but great for the pool.House was dated but a comfortable vibe. Hodi was a great host and answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely fashion. Great visit, Hodi. Thanks!

What an amazing spot. We were treated so incredibly well. Easy check-in. Everything explained so well. Place is close enough to the strip, but far enough away to be quieter at night. Odelya was extremely responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Host was great! We requested an additional bed when we arrived and they delivered. The place is very comfortable and easily accommodate 22 people. The couch could be bigger though.

Next to our family being together, our communication with host HODI was the BEST part of the stay.We have been notifying HODI of needs and he is prompt to address them as well as being so personable in texts!

House has a lot of room and a lot of beds. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. We didn't see top sheets so I hope the comforters are washed. One bathroom did not have soap or body wash in the shower. We found a bug in one bedroom but otherwise clean. Games and nice outdoor space.

This house was absolutely incredible. Management was extremely kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with (including all the little details like washer and dryer, how to turn on the lights, how to use the A/C, etc.). Pickleball court is legendary Totally recommend!

This house was incredible for our large group. Lots of amenities with a large living space. Plenty of things to do at the house together. Everything was communicated well in advance, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the house was a little warm since the AC couldn't go past a certain temperature, but we were able to manage! Thanks for all of the great memories and being such a great host!

My families and I had had a wonderful time. Although our communication wasn’t right from the beginning and Had Few misunderstand. But the host( (Hodi ) and his team corrected it right away. The property was large enough for our group of 22. We enjoyed all of the listed amenities with the exception of the volleyball court (the frame that holds the net was bent) and the putting green (the turf was worn and had debris all over it). The home does not cool under 74 degrees, so beware if you’re an arctic polar bear like me who enjoys a 68-70 range. The best part of the property was definitely the host. She was attentive and accommodating, and answered all of our questions without any delay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful host. Perfect for our family trip! Lots of space and things to keep kids busy! Loved the pool, foosball and ping pong table! Would definitely stay again!

I had a great time staying at the vip villa. The home and property are amazing, its huge. I just wish it wasnt so hot when we visited we could of enjoyed the outdoor amenities more. The host was very attentive and took care of any problems we encountered, nothing major. The home is very secure and in a great location which was ideal when traveling with a large group. I will definetly go back again.

Lots to do on the property. The space is fun for adult couples or families with children. The proximity to the Strip is pretty nice, too. The only downside was the pretty pool and the bubbling whirlpool were both too cool to enjoy given the time we chose to visit. But again, there were lots of other fun things to do.

This home has enough for space for big groups and enough ammensities to keep everyone entertained.

I walked around the house and property and was beyond happy. There was something for everyone to do activity wise, foosball, ping pong, horse tournaments, etc. The grill was so nice to use. It’s just so big and open, no one can feel cramped. The rose bushes in the front and back of the house are beautiful!! I would sit in the backyard in the mornings, could barely hear a rooster somewhere far away, it was awesome! Also would see hummingbirds visiting. It’s a little bit of a drive to the strip, but none of us cared with an amazing house. Even seeing the names of the family that left their mark back in ‘82 brought a smile to everyone. If we come back to Vegas for our next family get together, we’re booking here again and again. I had asked a few questions before the trip and the host was always responsive.

Great space for a large group.

Overall, the stay was great. We had 18 people and everyone was able to have a bed. With that said most people were sharing a bed, so keep that in mind if you are going off the 22 people number on the listing. Also note, the small little pool is just that - a small little pool, not a hot tub. Other than that, the place was great and we really enjoyed all the space to play games!

Spacious home. Backyard with bb court / pickle ball was useful. Nice patio. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to main attractions in Vegas. I would recommend it to families and groups. I would return with no hesitation.

This property is massive, and comes with lots of outdoor amenities. While the weather didn't allow for a lot of outdoor time (and the pools were not heated for the season), we found the property to be perfect for our housing and meetings. The host is very accessible and very accommodating. We will certainly hope to utilized this property when in las Vegas again!

Had great time with our family

We had a great stay with family, ages ranging from 16 to 88. The outdoors are awesome, we play pickleball, volleyball, used the putting green and firepit. The pool was freezing this time of year but the kids did a polar plunge anyway. Inside we used the poker table, played ping pong, foosball, video games and regular games. Lots to keep a family busy. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was that all the mattresses are covered in plastic (I understand this be a bed bug protection) but it's directly under the sheet and it like sleeping on a loud crunchy tarp, plus it's hot. They could probably take care of this problem by buying some good quality mattress pads to put over the plastic and under the sheet. Also, the grill's propane ran out of gas on us and there wasn't a back up, which the owner said they'd remedy in the future. I would love to rent this home again in warmer weather where we could take advantage of the pool too.

This place was awesome. It has so many activities to do ! Pool, playset, volleyball, basketball , great place for adults to have fun and also have kids and have Grammy watch them while you go out and gamble ! Very spacious and we had a wonderful stay ! Definitely will be booking this house our next Vegas trip ! Definitely worth it !
