Everything was perfectly prepared prior to our arrival. Each room was clean and well-designed. The house is, due to a very committed owner, in best condition. Nothing is missing: the kitchen is fully equipped, the garden is well-kept, even some fresh fruits have been organized before we've arrived and some bottles of good croatian beer have been stored in the fridge. We have been here on an eight day Pentecost holiday. Two adults and five kids from 7 till 13 years. I can assure, that all pictures in that offer don’t exaggerate. It is even nicer than on those pictures. The house offers three bedrooms with modern bathrooms at each, an additional bathroom (with washing machine), a nice spacey living room with lounge, kitchen and dining part and is fully equipped with all you need (towels bed clothes etc, even with fresh cold beverages in the fridge when we arrived) Washing machine, dishwasher etc are new and nicely working. Everything was very clean and tidy, the hosts very welcoming and like so many Croatians very very guest friendly. We’ve spent nice times in the big pool, on the Croatian beaches (closest is like 7 minutes by car) on the lounge-style terrace (roofed), playing table soccer or stayed on the beautiful island of Brijuni or the old town of Pula. I could tell much more nice things, but I’ll keep it like that: Great stay on a great place, fully recommended for families or groups of adults as you just like. The property was beautifully clean (especially the pool) and well equipped. Sanja, Sam and Massimo were very helpful although we didn't need to contact them throughout our stay. I chose the villa for the good-sized pool, shaded lounging and eating areas and BBQ, none of them disappointed. Galizana is really convenient for Pula airport (20 minutes max), major Supermarkets and a 15-minute drive to the coast and restaurants in Fazana. Wifi was excellent for all our devices. There are no restaurants within walking distance despite what Google maps will tell you, however the village has 2 coffee bars, a bakery, 2 useful small markets and a butcher all less than a mile stroll away. The villa is off the main road so make sure you get instructions for the last few yards (on arrival) as sat nav will confuse you.

Lovely, comfortable villa with good amenities. Owner and manager very helpful. Location was a bit out of the way - not possible to walk to any restaurants. Also, quite noisy with dogs barking and cockerels crowing! But that’s not the fault of the owners obviously and goes with the countryside.

What’s not to like? This clean, modern, holiday villa is only a 20 minute journey from Pula airport. Each large bedroom has its own en-suite plus a general family bathroom. It has a spacious general living /kitchen /dining area and 2 sizeable patio doors leading out onto a big, shaded veranda. The BBQ was easy to use and clean. The pool is perfect for family swim and playtime. If there’s one area of concern, and it is only one, it was the cleaning of the pool as it seemed to attract a lot of bugs overnight. However with a net we were able to clean it fairly well. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and it’s location is excellent being able to access Pula, Rovinj, Peroj, Bale Valle , Fazana and the tranquil national park island of Brijuni extremely easily.

I can fully recommend this villa for relaxing holidays in Istria. This house is well equipped, well maintained, excellent located and offers a wonderful garden incl. swimming pool. The owners and the property manager are very kind/helpful and they gave us a lot of hints regarding beaches, restaurants etc.
