From Pula you can easily visit the Brijuni National Park, a group of 14 islands and islets, known for its natural beauty, but also many small villages in the Istra inland. The spacious ground floor has double-volume living space furnished with a sofa, SAT TV, fireplace, stereo system and a beautiful chandelier. The immaculate open-plan kitchen flows directly into the living and dining area with the internal staircase connecting the lower and upper levels of the villa for effortless entertaining. One luxurious bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also situated on ground floor.



The first level of the villa consists of an entertainment area with a pool table, gaming console, sauna and outdoor sun loungers. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the top level with direct access to a large balcony equipped with a hot tub, the master bedroom boasts spectacular views.



An exquisite wine cellar in the basement is home to a traditional fireplace and nice collection of wine bottles.
