Amazing light and spacious 4 bed villa with private heated salt water pool

Dermot (host) was very helpful in getting us a Bluetooth speaker which had gone missing. A small detail but he went out of his way to make sure we had it. Lovely property in a perfect area near the marina.

Excellent Villa with the most fantastic pool.The location was perfect, we could walk to the Maria and Quarteira where there are plenty of restaurants and local bars. The villa is very well equipped with high quality of finishes

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely setting. The pool is a great size and depth. Our grandchildren loved being in it - tough to get them out! Very well equipped and lots of space. Loved it and highly recommend! Dermot was brilliant a communication.

We stayed at the villa as a group of 7 friends celebrating an upcoming wedding. Dermot was great throughout the process, happily answering some questions we had prior to booking and then ahead of our visit, right through to while we were there. He responded quickly and did everything to make our stay perfect.The villa is amazing! Communal areas are spacious and well thought out with comfortable furniture which gives plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. The outside space was beautifully maintained and the perfect sun trap to enjoy the Portuguese weather. Bedrooms are all a good size with the flexibility to set up as single beds in 2 of the rooms if required and the bathrooms were great. The additional bathroom downstairs was really useful.The location was perfect for us, peaceful and safe but still walkable to a couple of supermarkets and the Vilamoura Marina and surrounding area. We used Ubers on a number of occasions and this was easy and a good price. We would 100% recommend the property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dermot!

We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in a lovely well equipped Villa. Situated a 10 min walk form the Marina. Would highly recommend.

We were initially concerned about the salt water pool, we needn’t have been as you could hardly tell. The villa is lovely, it was perfect for what we wanted. 4 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning. Kitchen was adequately equipped. And walking distance to local shop and the marina with great restaurants. The host was excellent he responded to my messages quickly and the 1 issue I had (regarding the safe) was dealt with within half hour. I would highly recommend this villa and I’m certain we’ll be back.

I would recommend this villa to everyone. Its even better than the listing suggests. 1 Host communication was first class. From the questions we asked before we booked, through the other queries leading up to our holiday, and the reports we made of minor issues while we were there, Dermot always responded very quickly- usually within 10 minutes . 2 Villa was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very well equiped and had everything we needed. 3 we were a family group of 8, from 70 down to 5 and 2 years old. Stayed for 7 days June 2024. Kids (of all ages!) loved the pool. Was great to eat outside all the time in peaceful garden. 4 Location is good - about 20 minutes walk down to marina. Cab back about 3 to 4 euros if you dont like the walk! 5 overall we had a great week in a fantastic holiday home.

Had a fantastic week at this villa. Property was stunning both inside and the pool area. Could not be faulted. Would recommend to anyone.
