The property was just as described and very clean. The beach is not crowded, and every we needed was just up the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Place was great. Just a few steps to th beach.

Only issue was that unit had not been cleaned at time of check in. Call management and they got someone there very quickly and then the place was sparkling clean. Excellent place to stay.

This was our first time on Seabrook Island and I recommend this Pelican Watch Villa! We would come back. Pros: Pet friendly! Both the villa and the beach. The beach was lovely! Great location right on the beach towards St. Christopher Camp. We were there in mid June and our end of the beach never felt crowded. The Villa was very clean and had what we needed for cooking (which was minimal for us). Back deck was great! Easy access to outside while still maintaining a sense of privacy. It was a great place for meals and to watch the sunset. We appreciated the beach chairs. Areas of Improvement: I received too many emails from the Property Company prior to arrival. Check-in was really easy but based on the number of emails received I was worried that I would have missed something important. We are big readers and there was not enough light in the living room. Another floor lamp behind the sofa would be really nice.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect.The home is spacious, peaceful, private, and offers stunning views with fantastic amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the upgraded features throughout the house made everything feel luxurious and thoughtfully designed.The furniture and decor are top-notch, but the true shining star is the deck — we spent most of our time there, soaking in every second alongside our beloved dog, who loved it just as much as we did!The beach is simply incredible, and Seabrook Island has completely captured our hearts. Joy is truly found in a sandy dog, a salty breeze, and a heart full of sunshine.We cannot wait to return!

Great apartment for the two of us to call home for long weekend getaways to Seabrook Island!

This unit has beautiful views and a good location. The unit was comfortable for the most part and we had a relaxing stay. I'm excited the unit was dog friendly! A few things could use some attention. I love to cook and the kitchen needed some attention. Knives and scissors are really dull. A few basic spices and some oil are helpful- there was not even salt/pepper. Also, the couch is pretty sinky. It's a wonderful size, just well sat upon! I appreciated the beach chairs and might suggest new ones for next season... they were almost impossible to open/close. One last issue, the flat sheet had a pretty good size whole in it. The unit is lovely... it just has a few has some wear and tear that needs t/b addressed.

We have stayed at Kiawah Island many times but this was our first stay on Seabrook. We can’t wait to return! This home was situated perfectly with a lovely view of the ocean and easy access to the beach boardwalk from the back porch. The home is all we hoped it would be, for a quiet, relaxing stay. Even the beach is tranquil, as it is across from a large sandbar and adjacent to the secluded wooded acres of the Episcopal Church’s nature retreat. This made for gorgeous walks with breathtaking views and nothing commercial in sight. The house was well appointed, bedroom very comfortable, and exceptionally clean.
