LOCATION
This villa is a perfect option for you if you don't want to drive for dinner, to go to the beach or just to have a drink. Puerto Banus main strip is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner, ranging from the popular and fancy La Sala and Breathe restaurants, to more casual options such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner.
LOUNGE, KITCHEN, TERRACE & PATIO
The villa has a spacious lounge with sofas and a dining area. There is a 4K SMART TV with satellite connection and Netflix and a bluetooth audio system for your favourite music. In the centre of the villa there is a charming fountain illuminated in the night. The lounge opens directly into the garden, pool and BBQ area. Outside terraces with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling overlook the private pool which is also illuminated in the night. So if you do have to work, do it with a pool view;-) and with a reliable 5G optical fibre internet connection.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine and champaigne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups of guests. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels for our guests. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 en-suite double bedroom and 1 en-suite twin bedroom. There is another spacious room which is often used as a bedroom and can sleep up to 3 guests. Guests must be aware that this third downstairs bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms as it is located between the kitchen and the lounge.
Upstairs, there are two en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), one double and one triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) which share another bathroom.

MAID SERVICE
Our high season direct bookings @liriosvillagemarbella include free maid service every second day. It can be added to any other booking to make sure your holiday villa stays nice and clean throughout the whole stay. Make it a holiday for everyone! Daily cleaning is 55 EUR/day and it includes a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. A one-off cleaning can be arranged for 95 EUR and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.
PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.
POOL HEATING
Enjoy the pool in colder months by heating it up to 28°C. Pool heating is 90 EUR/day (a minimum fee of 350 EUR applies).
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange airport transfers for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way.
Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 20 GUESTS
Even though this villa sleeps up to 18 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.
PARKING
There is a roofed parking for up to 4 cars inside the property gates and unlimited parking in a parking lot 150 meters from the property.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. Loss of the safe key is subject to an 80 EUR fee.
4. The main gate on the street has a sensor and it won’t close if there is a car in between the gates. It closes automatically after about 1 minute. THE GATE AT THE VILLA DOES NOT HAVE A SENSOR. IT OPENS AND CLOSES ONLY IF YOU PRESS THE BUTTON BUT IT MIGHT DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOU STOP OR PARK IN BETWEEN THE GATES.
5. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
6. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
7. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
8. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
9. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
10. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
11. The gardener must be granted access to the villa between 8-9:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
12. The automatic irrigation system comes on every day early in the morning.
13. The villa is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
14. The guests are aware they need to close all shutters and lock the property when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
15. Pets are subject to approval and a 200 EUR pet fee.

Great property for large group, in good lication
Had a fantastic week staying at the villa. Our flight was delayed but both Eva & Laura were fantastic at keeping in contact with us for when we would arrive. Check in process was smooth and a very nice welcome pack of coffee, wine, milk, bread & some beers were there for us. Villa is very close to a shop (2 mins walk) and the marina of Puerto Banus (5 mins) with all it's bars & restaurants. Villa was immaculate and large enough to fit all of our family (7 members) Would highly recommend.
Our group of 12 golfers stayed at this lovely villa for a week 11 to 18 May 2023. Eva made the online booking experience so easy and Laura was there to greet us on arrival. We ordered a shopping list of food drink and toiletries which was delivered for us.and made the whole experience perfect. At the end of the week I was met by a very nice guy Jose to take the keys back. The whole experience from booking to the end of the holiday was great and we will certainly be returning next year . Fourteen of us stayed in this villa for a short break in January. The villa was better than we thought, spacious and well maintained. We received a warm welcome from Alicia who answered all our questions. There is air conditioning in the whole villa so the property felt nice and warm. We didnt cook but the kitchen is well equipped, with a new dishwasher, huge fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer... we loved the coffee machine. Bedrooms are good size with comfortable mattresses. We spent most of our time on the terrace. The villa is close to a motorway but you can't hear it there. The best thing about the house is the location. We didnt have a car and we did not miss it. We walked down to Puerto Banus every day, it was an easy 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket about 300m away. Plenty of both, fancy and cheap restaurants just around the corner. Eva and Jose were always available on the phone when we needed local tips, much appreciated! We will definitely be coming back.
We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely holiday home (villa). We could not have asked for a better Villa! The location was perfect, so close to everything. Fantastic villa, clean and wonderfully furnished and decorated. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the needs of three families (9 people). The indoor living space was also very good with large table and sofas to seat everyone. Outside was clean and well managed. The pool was lovely. Excellent location to beach, restaurants and shops. The walk down to the beach and Puerto Banús was an easy 5 minutes stroll. The surrounding towns were close and very pleasant, especially Marbella and San Pedro. We found the booking process very easy and Eva was always on hand to answer any questions before we booked. They were most helpful and happy to help whenever needed.
