Stayed Jul 2, 2022We had a great experience staying at Hancock. The home was very clean and supplied well. The check-in and check-out went smooth. The pool was clean and a great supply of pool toys for the family to use.

Stayed Jun 9, 2022The house was perfect for two families. The two master bedrooms made it so no one had to comprise. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable together and also have their own space. The kids and adults alike loved the pool area. We also really enjoyed going down to the dock area. We had fish, turtles, and iguanas visit us out there! The one thing it lacked was furniture in the dock area. There was only one broken adirondack chair. Be prepared for some extra noise as there is a house being built next door. Three out of the five days we were there we experienced sawing and other building noises most of the day. It was noticeable inside and out of the house. Overall a great experience though.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We loved the home and plan to return to the area in the future. The house had everything we needed. Michael was very responsive and handled everything quickly. The pool area was perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed eating breakfast and snacks on the large table on the pool patio. We used the kayaks and beach supplies for our day on Sanibel. We made some great memories!!

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Spacious, will equipped house, quality appliances. Coral Gables is not a good choice for boaters or fisherman. 30 minutes from the house to the river and another 30 minutes to the gulf.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022This was our 4th year coming to Florida for a week with our son’s family of 6. This was the perfect accommodation to meet our needs. The 4 kids only want to swim and the adults loved the added feature of the spa. We wanted to return next year, but dates are already filled. Great home and great location to get us out of the cold winter in Wisconsin. Thank you.
