Amazing 3 bedroom 4th floor end unit with ocean views-Gorgeous Decor!

We loved the location. The views were spectacular! Villa was clean and very spacious.

Beautiful Palmetto Dunes at Hilton Head has been a family favorite destination for many years. This year's stay at 3407 Windsor Court was exceptional for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. The fully stocked kitchen, convenient gas grills, beautiful furnishings and exceptional views made this year's vacation extra special. We look forward to coming again!

Had a great two-week stay at 3407 Windsor, South. Left a nice thank you to the Massachusetts owners, who are doing wonders over the years with the villa. Minor issues dealt with efficiently by Island Getaway, as usual. Thanks Emily and Jan (Jen?). Wrap around porch was awesome. Took some time to get used to the new gadgets but upon reflection, automatic window-blind raising is easier than fighting slats that get tangled. Rooms could use a splash of color (like the painting on the wall in the twins room); adding a small chair to each bedroom -- difficult to tie shoes when sitting on a bed -- and suggest purchasing an inexpensive Kuerig coffeemaker for the , coffee/tea/decaf/chocolate drinkers Very nice stay in a villa almost at 100%. Look forward to returning and seeing their latest interior decorating work!

We have rented this unit in the past, but was a little disappointed with our experience the second time, especially for the amount of money that we paid. Upon arrival, one set of the remote control operated shades were stuck in the down position. We promptly reported it Monday morning, notifying management that the remote needed batteries. They did not come until Thursday to replace the batteries (while we were out) and when we returned, the second window shade controlled by a separate remote was now stuck in a down position. Regarding the light fixture over the dining table, three of the four light bulbs were burned out upon arrival. While there, the fourth bulb burned out, which required us to swap out bulbs from other lights. The master bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival; it looked like someone had walked over a wet floor in their shoes, leaving dirt behind. The laundry room was a filthy mess; lint and old dryer sheets everywhere. Based upon the lack of cleanliness and disrepair, won’t rent again.

We have worked with IGR numerous times over the years, and have been pleased with the service. we have also stayed in the same unit several times as well, and always find it pleasant and well kept. thanks

We had a great week with family! This condo was very nice and perfect for my sister, her 2 grandsons, and myself. The view is amazing, and I really liked the screened in porch. I can't think of any negatives except that the oven door interferes with opening the silverware drawer. I think it could be adjusted. That's a minor thing and didn't really cause much problem. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!!

Probably one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our Condo was very nice, the grounds were well maintained, and the facilities kept the children busy and entertained. I will definitely return.

Condo is beautiful but cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the toilets are disgustingly dirty and we even found food under the couch. That part was very disappointing. This should be top of the things to keep rght. We come every year. Hopefully next year the condo will be cleaned better. It brought down a lot of our overall expectations.

Had a wonderful stay at HHI!! Weather was perfect, sunny, low 80's. Only issues we had were with a lightswitch that was fixed by a maintenance person but he didn't apply a switch plate. Also they repaired the blinds in guest bedroom but took a few days for that so had to cover with a sheet. Fridge was broken but still able to use. Other than that, condo was perfect, had been recently renovated. Love HHI and Palmetto Dunes - can't wait to go back!
