Stayed Jun 30, 2025Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The owner is very helpful, attentive, and easy to contact. The house and view are beyond gorgeous. It was completely private, and close to great beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Stayed Apr 9, 2024Host was excellent, comms very good. Property had spectacular views from top of the hill. Easy access to beaches. A few minor niggles - loud lawn mower, tree trimmer from 5am every day disturbed sleep. Shower system quite old, leaky and small bathrooms. Overall excellent place to use as a base for beaches and Kalamata.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023To summarize at the beginning, even as Germans we could not find anything to complain about :) The communication with the owner of the house was absolutely easy, the house was very clean and the view from the terrace was awesome. Also get some super tips for day trips to different spots. Only the street to the house was quite adventurous, but also possible to do with small cars lacking horse power. We are sure, we will go there a second time. If we get the possibility.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023We loved our stay in this house. Everyone so enjoyed playing in the pool and watching the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host met our friends (who arrived first) to be sure they found the house and explain everything, which was very nice. We would love to return someday!

Stayed May 27, 2023The property and property manager were lovely. I fear heights so going up winding roads high up on a mountain, had I known, we may have picked something closer to sea level. I got concerned when on our way to the home we were told we would never find it, yet maps had shown me a location where restaurants and groceries were walkable. We followed someone by vehicle for about 10 minutes vertically with a sharp left to get onto the property - i was not comfortable. The view was stunning but getting anywhere on foot was not an option (some walked down, but needed a drive back). Also note, although it is a house there is no washer (laundry). We found a nice spot in town that was quick and clean. We love Kalamata and this was a short drive to restaurants, sites, and shops. Pool was nice, but seasonal so last week of May it had not warmed up enough. If you have no height issues it is really a beautiful home.
