Afrati villa

V nice hotel. Convenient to the airport

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This the second time we have stayed in these villas. This stay was better than the last. The villas are up high so have a wonderful breeze if you open the French doors but an air conditioner was added in the main living room since our last stay a few years ago. A lovely cabana was also added by the pool. It’s the perfect spot to take an afternoon nap in the shade. Aliki is a very responsive host. We love the location because it’s in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of a small market, a cafe and downtown is a 10 minute walk. Fantastic views. The pool is very clean and nice after a hot day. We can’t wait to return and stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Afrati villa. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull.They picked us up from a hotel close by because it’s hard to find for the first time.The house is clean and equiped with clean bedding and towels (also beach towels). The beds are very comfortable. The swimmingpool and terrace outside are amazing!We had a lovely time at Afrati villa and would love to come back again!

Beautiful and comfortable location

The property was perfect, it was clean, fully air conditioned and is the perfect size. The swimming pool is a great feature. The position is great near the main town but far enough away that it’s very peaceful. I would highly recommend it to others and would definitely go back myself.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location with sea view. We loved it! Nice patio area and pool with a great day bed for relaxing in. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I’d recommend a car as it’s a bit too far to walk into town although there is a nice bar/restaurant in walking distance. We used this as a base to explore the whole island. The only thing I would say could be improved is the bathroom could do with updating, but it was fine for us. I would recommend this villa for couples or families. There is plenty of room.

We loved the area and the home. It was beautiful and on a higher elevation with great views! Close to many attractions & host is a great help!

The stay was perfect! Aliki was very accommodating, and the home was just as advertised. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Things we liked: Good location very close to Zante town with a mini mart and taverna even closer. The pool and back patio is lovely, the house was clean, and the AC works well in the bedrooms. Things we didn't like: The internet is very poor - it only works in the far corner of the back yard. There is no shower - only a hand shower - and no shower door so the water splashes all over the bathroom. The washing machine didn't work and the house wasn't well stocked for a 4-day visit (only 1 dish towel, no soap in shower). The check-in process was strange - we called the caretaker when we arrived late from Athens and she met us in front of a local hotel and we followed her by car to the house. We would've preferred that they sent us driving directions in advance.
