Across from beach, new bathroom reno!

Nice condo with a short walk to a fantastic beach. Condo decorations were clean and tasteful. Shopping and groceries are a short drive. No complaints.

The bathroom outlet wasn’t functioning. The bedroom had no space for luggage. There wasn’t any luggage racks. Ok for a short stay but wouldn’t want to spend along time there.

Great location. Very close to beach access 8b or 7. 2 minute walk. Clean and lots of nice additions like usb ports, beach towels, kids beach toys. Washer/dryer is new and extra 1/2 bath was a plus! Combo keurig was also a bonus. Could use some additional sauce pans. We found none but made due. Welcome mug gifts were so thoughtful. Would definitely return!

It's spacious and clean and homey, makes for a great getaway. The closeness to Freshfields Market is also fantastic, hop on your bike and enjoy dinner each night with your family.

Cute little place convenient to the ocean. I was a little taken back that the 1/2 bath was outside on the deck, but it was nice. We were never able to get the living room tv to work and the hot water heater only provided warm water (maybe it was turned down). Minor issues. We’ll be back

It was a great renting experience, starting with the excellent communication from Hillary (ESPM) about the weather conditions, as we were to arrive the same day as Ian. The weather during the first week of October was wonderful and our accommodations matched. Walk out the door and in five minutes you are on the Beautiful Kiawah Island beach. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our week and we will be back.

Beautiful area, clean and practical apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. For the size, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. All of these units in this section are on the efficient size, but we were very comfortable and would easily return to this property. The beach was less than a 3 minute shaded walk and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We were uncertain about this rental after reading g previous reviews, but did not experience anything negative.
