We loved our stay in Villa Luca, a real gem of a property. The house is so cleverly built - the inside space is perfect and compact, and then that gorgeous shady veranda and absolutely stunning pool, where we spent most of our week. Communication with Francesca was excellent - she always replied super fast and when we had small issues (with ants and pool water) she arranged for people to come and sort them out within half an hour. There isn't much in the local village - although the supermarket was surprisingly big and perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed trying out the different pizzerias (our favourite was the Rosso Pomodoro). We decided it was a bit too hot to attempt walking to the beach but drove to some nice ones - we found that heading to the beach in the evening was a good plan as the crowds were going home and the temperature was milder.

Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. Overall nice stay if youre looking for a quiet villa for a lazy break. Communication was great and check in/out very smooth.

Beautiful holiday

Villa Luca is an incredible little Villa perfect for a small family. It’s well equipped and the garden and pool are amazing. Worth noting the pool isn’t heated, which makes it a great escape from the heat but quite cold for small children. The local beaches are amazing with crystal clear waters and white sand. Would recommend hiring a car to make it easy to get to Budoni and other local areas too.

We had an amazing time at Villa Luca. It was very relaxing. The pool and small diving board provided many hours of fun. The communication with Francesca was superb and she was on hand to help immediately with any problems via WhatsApp. Football pitch closeby where kids would play football but this wasn’t a problem at all. Quite close to other villas but generally very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend car hire to see the beaches but there is one that is within a walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay and would re-visit in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely time, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. The swimming pool was perfect. We just wished we had booked a car to see more sights.

Communication with the owner was great and we got some tips on where to eat etc in advance which was helpful. There are a couple of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of beaches nearby. Everything with the villa was exactly as described in the ad so no complaints at all.

The Villa was perfect for our weeks holiday we had everything we needed and beautiful surroundings to enjoy whilst relaxing at the villa. The pool is fantastic and provided great joy to all of us and we enjoyed our visits to the local beach the sea was beautiful. We explored some of the coastline and did a snorkelling trip from Poltu Quatu which was amazing. The local restaurants were great too we walked to the Pizzeria and the restaurant in the centre of town and both were fantastic and the restaurant at the beach was amazing too. Sardinia is a beautiful country and we all really enjoyed our visit and our stay in the Villa. Thank you very much.

Two years later than planned - thanks COVID - we finally made it to Sardinia, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sun shone, and Villa Luca had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The undoubted star of the show was the pool - our six year old described it as amazing - but we also made good use of the veranda, barbecue, and well-equipped kitchen. Communication, check in, and check out were excellent, with some good suggestions of beaches and local restaurants to visit. Overall, we thought Villa Luca was a lovely place to stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We spent a fantastic week in Villa Luca. Everything was well equipped; the house as well as the garden and the pool were great (the nearby soccer court was perfect for the kids). The communication with Francesca was very nice. We will come back for sure :-)
