Stayed Jan 1, 1Nice villa with 4bedrooms and 3bathrooms and swimming-pool. Some areas and furniture would need a reconstruction but still comfortable if not much comfort and high-end technology required. Very appreciated approach of Villas2Let - there were some problems and claims at the beginning but all was fixed promptly,thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is spacious but needs some TLC. beds are not comfortable and the floor tiles are dangerous. The location is o.k but the current road works restrict access in and out .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We went there as a group of six in mid of June. The villa is for eight people thus there was a lot of space in the house and at the pool. The pool was very nice. The pool was cleaned two times during our 1-week stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location of the house is perfect - 10min walking distance to the most beautiful bays of cyprus; 5min walking distance to shops and restaurants; 15min drive to ayia napa All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house needs some major fixes such us: Outside painting A kiosk near by the pool is mandatory due to the sun volume in the morning Toilets needs to fixed, water does not go down to the drawn Oven does not working Doors does not have a key to lock, noisy doors at closing Garden leaves entering the pool all day, the pool should be cleaned 2 times a week not one. Problematic fridge - not a fridge to accommodate 9 people At least one parking place should be covered Lack of parking place At your disposal. Regards Stavros
