A traditional PR home, Clara’s Villa, near beaches and Downtown Boqueron.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to great restaurants and super close to the Boquerón beach.

The house and grounds are lovely and our hosts were very nice. There is a large balcony on the second floor which was wonderful for morning coffee and nighttime stargazing. It was an easy walk to the waterfront of Boqueron, which is quiet during the week but hopping on the weekends - fun.

Property was well set up for our group with plenty of space. Only the bedrooms have air conditioning so most of the time the common areas and bathrooms in the house were somewhat hot and humid. Outside deck on second floor generally had a good breeze so we spent a lot of time out there.

Lots of space and tranquility felt like a home.

WE LOVED IT! If you want the true Puerto Rican experience and only waking distance from Boqueron, this is the house to rent! House is very spacious. Don Luis greeted us with a fresh loaf of PR bread (the best) in the morning and Doña Edna was extremely responsive to my questions. Hearing the roosters in the morning, while drinking my coffee on the 2nd floor balcony was amazing. We grilled on the outdoor kitchen one night, playing dominoes and listening to music which was super relaxing. Can't say it enough... loved it!

Loved the large breezy deck! Great location to restaurants and beach. Could use a new coffee maker and larger size. It was a four- cup pot and worked occasionally. Also a blender would be nice to have for drinks. Kitchen faucet could be replaced. It worked but hard to adjust in temperature and flow of water. Especially important since no dishwasher. But lovely place!!!

Edna, the host was wonderful. She responded to my inquiries WITHIN MINUTES. All the amenities were available for spending the day at the beach, which was walking distance.The guys had an upstairs refrigerator for their beer. The patios were so comfortable and we had dinner outside every night. The family loved Clara’s Villa and maybe a return for next year.

The home is beautiful and within walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. The hosts were welcoming and always available. I hope to stay there again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting this beautiful area.

The house was great! So many fruit trees and easy to relax. We had an initial issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, but Edna was able to address it immediately.It's a beautiful home in every way. Thank you so much!

Edna was very sweet and attentive.The casita felt like home and had everything we needed. The room AC was wonderful.So much is nearby including amazing chinchorros, tio Willis cafe, and playa buye.

Our 2nd tome staying at Clara’s Villa. very clean, very spacious, and very I’m very close to El Poblado Cabo Rojo.

Description was very accurate. Location was great, walking distance to town and beach, and still private and secluded. Home was very clean. The washer and dryer were welcome, especially at a beach house. The beds and couches were not as comfortable as we would prefer. The second floor porch is fantastic! A great house overall. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was walking distance from the beach and downtown. Best margaritas at the Green Partot. When at the house, we spent most of our time on the second floor patio. The hosts were very responsive. Recommend walking around the corner to dine at Tacos and Flowers and Roberto Gastroteca.

Clara’s Villa was an absolute dream. The pictures don’t do it justice. The 2nd floor balcony was life. From beautiful views to lovely tropical breezes while relaxing in a hammock. Everything was walking distance including the Poblado and the beach of Boquerón. Edna and Luis were the best hosts, very attentive and super nice. My family and I look forward to booking another vacation at Clara’s Villa. I definitely recommend you booking your vacation stay at the Villa.

This is a beautiful house on a large property in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by trees and flowers, and also the neighbors' animals. The house is clean and spacious with a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Boqueron. The bedrooms have powerful AC. Edna and Luis are lovely people and they were very quick to respond to all questions. They also came by to pick passion and bread fruit for us to enjoy. Thank you for a really nice stay!
