Stayed Mar 30, 2024Very modern and clean property with an incredible view over the sea. Well equipped kitchen with a lot of pots, dishes and cutlery. Very friendly host who supplied us with a cheese and meat platter with bread and wine as well as grappa in the fridge as welcome meal. Drive to the property from Labin takes about 20 minutes on narrow streets, so make a proper shopping list and bring everything important on arrival. Ideas for improvement: Some more towels (just two per person aren`t enough with pool, jacuzzi and sauna) A vacuum cleaner would be great to keep the house clean during the stay. The house is well suited for 8 adults, 10 works only with children sleeping in their parents room.

Stayed Oct 29, 2022The villa is very nice and has everything you can wish for. The view from the villa is amazing and in that house you are really the last house on that road. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi and watching down to the ocean. It is quite far away from the next supermarket in Labin and the road to the house is tight and curvy. But after knowing that we just bought food for more then a day. And if you driving somewhere (like Pula or Rijeka) you are coming past the supermarkets anyway.
