Stayed Oct 9, 2025I celebrated my 38th birthday at the Villas with my husband & friends.Very nice, clean & quiet. Great location. Just FYI if you rent a golf cart you cant get inside gate to park at your villa overnight.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Very comfortable and ample space. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet which was nice. Everyone used the master shower because it was AMAZING - dual shower heads, huge space, walk-in shower. The resort amenities were nice. Restaurant on site was convenient, but a little pricey. The pools were all over the place which was nice.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!
