Home was nice. Needs to be check by management after all check outs Dining room table was crack. BBQ was left dirty But we made the best of everything House was very roomy all of us were very happy. Pool was good just needs to have the surrounding check a little garbage. Family time was great.

We like the Oasis Clubhouse a lot. The house is within walking distance so it was easily accessible. The house is spacious, and the decorations are tastefully done. Bathrooms and kitchen and general areas are clean. However, the white moldings are extremely dirty. The doors are also dusty. More cooking utensils could have been provided. Scouring pad and some dishwashing liquid would have been nice (these are not too expensive to be provided). The swimming pool also seems unclean. Sometimes, guest service representative is easily accessible. Other times, they do not respond to emails.

A lot of broken things a lot of stuff didn’t work! Just not a good idea experience!

There were multiple things broken. There were no face towels and some guest rooms had no blankets. It was actually in the 50’s some nights and the heat didn’t work in top of not having a blanket in the master suite. I had to go to Walmart and buy towels and blankets with I felt was unacceptable. There were at least 15/20 blinds missing on the patio door and a house is located right behind this house so there was no privacy. The dining table was cracked right in the middle which made me unable to use it BC I was worried it would break right in half. So we all had to stand around the island to eat. It could have been better if the owner would have repaired there this ga before I checked in.

Stayed at this property for a week with my family of 9. The community it’s in is very nice with an awesome clubhouse that has a tiki bar and restaurant which was very convenient. The house does not provide wash clothes, dish towels or pot holders which was a slight inconvenience but does include bath towels. There is also no broom or mop which would be nice for long term stays. While the house was not dirty it could use a little cosmetic updating and the dining room chairs were not sturdy. There is Disney plus and Netflix on the living room TVs which is a nice touch. There is plenty of room in the house for large families and each room has its own bathroom. You can also access a bathroom from the pool area so no tracking water the through the house. Overall this was a great house in a great community. I would recommend this property.
