9 minutes from Las Vegas strip

The house was great for our group of six. The house has a spacious kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking; we ate most of our meals there. We enjoyed our stay in vegas and of course the hot tub :) I would absolutely use this rental again for a similar sized group. Thank you Netanel!

The location was key for us as we had an event at Spring Valley high school. Super close and convenient to get around.

We had a wonderful family reunion with our kids and the grandparents. The house is close to Chinatown with lots of food options which was wonderful. It was exactly as described with enough beds for all 9 of us. It was a short drive to the strip and airport which was very convenient. Netanel was a superb host who responded quickly with any concerns or questions. We highly recommend this house to those not wanting to stay on the strip but close enough to visit it. Thank you Netanel for being a great host!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the house!

The home was exactly what we needed and expected. Long days at the trade show... got us looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and taking a dip in the pool. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great stay. The house was clean , spacious and great location. My kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Netanel was a great host. He answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place surrounded by a lot of Korean food and other good places to eat. The pool was nice and big as was the backyard. We all had a great time relaxing here. Neighborhood is slightly sketch but nothing abnormal for vegas. I would bring a sleepmask if I were to stay here again though as the curtains are thin and the sun begins to light up the rooms around 4am. The host was very communicative and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and definitely better than a hotel on the strip.

We stayed for a long weekend for the Coldplay show. The location was very convenient to the airport and Allegiant Stadium, as well as other events. Nice local restaurants, Nora's, and great communication from the owner.

A beautiful home including a pool and hot tub -- completely private! We loved it.

Overall it was a good experience in a nice home. The listing is accurate.Not in the best neighborhood, woken up several times by people yelling across the street.The home is an older home that is showing its age inside and outside (primarily outside).Owner was easy and great to communicate with.

The beds were super comfortable, the host was responsive, and the heating worked wonderfully! There's not a lot of parking available, but there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The yard was spacious enough for my kiddo to run around and burn off some pent up energy after traveling. We would love to stay again!

Neta was an awesome host; super accommodating and friendly and quick to resolve any questions/issues we had. Easy peasy drive to the Strip through Chinatown with lots of options for food.

We recently spent a week at this home in Vegas. It’s an older home that’s been updated. The back yard was great! We wish the pool was heated, but the hot tub made up for it. We had issues getting the hot tub to heat when we first arrived but the owner was very responsive and sent someone to help first thing the next day. We realized the water level was not high enough for the heater to kick on. It worked great after that and they cleaned the pool and hot tub while they were there too and came again to clean during the week. There was some wear to the concrete by the hot tub steps that need fixing. The bedding and towels were nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom could use some hooks to hang up wet towels and swim suits. The owner was very responsive and made sure things were good. I appreciated that there was Minimal work required of us at check out. The location was very central to everything and close to the strip and a lot of restaurants. The neighborhood was a little scary but we appreciated all the security at the home. The neighbors did have a dog that barked a lot. So if you are looking for quiet, it may not be for you. This house is big and had plenty of space for our group. We really felt at home and enjoyed staying here. Overall, I would recommend it.

The host was extremely communicative and accomodating. No too far from the strip and some great Asian food restaurants nearby.

The house was clean and well furnished. We had record breaking temps during our visit. But the house stayed nice and cool and the pool really helped us enjoy our time. The host is amazing. Super responsive, friendly, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
