Stayed Sep 13, 2023Property was lovely but the team is really what makes your stay special! Driver only has a car to fit 5-6 so if the group is bigger then that - you will have to work out logistics but other than that - dinner and spa items were super easy to organise.

Stayed Mar 28, 2023Hery and the staff at Jessica Estate elevate this vacation experience exponentially! We were a group of 21 ranging from 18 months to 75 years and were attempting to pull off a near-impossible surprise trip for my mother’s 70th and uncle’s 75th birthdays. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us with everything to make our stay comfortable. The home, albeit a bit dated, was large enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The real draw is the pool where we spent a lot of time playing games and hanging out. The chef made great meals, and everyone in our group had a fantastic time! Communication with Hery, the Villa manager, was smooth even before arrival where we had to arrange for multiple pick ups from the airport and keeping the surprise element. Unfortunately, we also needed some clinic visits for some in the group who fell victim to the Bali Belly (despite a lot of caution), and Hery was able to get us the help we needed. He also arranged for traditional Balinese dancers and a fire dance show at the Villa as part of birthday celebrations. Our family will forever cherish the time we spent at Jessica Estate! If you are looking for a place for a large gathering and are willing to overlook some minor issues relating to water pressure, plumbing, etc. there is no better place that Jessica Estate. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Jan 3, 2023Lovely big house that accommodated all 13 adults and 3 children and a toddler. Overall the rooms inside the house was good. Nicely furnished with wooden furnitures. The two master bedroom’s downstairs are ideal for families with young children as the bedroom within the master bedroom has two single beds and they share the ensuite. There is an open air shower and an enclosed shower and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms upstairs are larger and has ensuites. The other two are smaller but still plenty of room. However they do not share the bathrooms in the other rooms so you have to use the ensuites in one of the other rooms which is a hassle. Otherwise you have to go downstairs and use either the other ensuites bathrooms or the downstairs shower and toilet which is quite basic. The doors to the house is a large wooden door which is just bolted with a big wooden bolt. The downstairs area needed aircon it was warm and we had one floor fan we had to request another two more fans. The large glass sliding doors open out to the patio area which has a large wooden table but and twelve chairs. It looks onto the pool area and garden. Gardens were maintained well. The pool is lovely and we always had fresh pool towels. The kitchen was ok. Some drawers and cupboards don’t close very well. The fridge we found was not very cold at all. With in the villa compound there is also a standalone chalet . It was quite basic. The ensuite in that chalet was quite old, tiles on the shower was a bit cracked and stained. We found all the shower water pressures were not that great. Overall the house needed some upgrade done , it was more run down than what it looked in the photos unfortunately. However the staff at the house and the manager were very friendly , nice and helpful. The cook Ketut cooked us lovely meals whenever we decided to eat in instead of going out. You just had to tell him what you want and pay for the groceries. Breakfast you get a choice of Indonesian or American cooked breakfast. Location wise it’s quite hidden off the main road. But a lot of villas are like that it’s all tucked away in back roads. There’s a lovely coffee place within walking distance of the house call Hopper Coffee, there’s a little local minimart where you can get snacks, bottled water etc. and there’s a laundry place where you can get your laundry done. There is a security person there at night and high gate which is locked at night so it’s quite safe.
