Stayed Apr 10, 2026The villa was spotless and recently updated. Everything that we needed was there. The beach was a short walk away and it was beautiful. We would love to go back for another vacation.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026Our stay was wonderful! The condo and everything in it was new, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen appliances were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Decor is very tastefully done. My husband did wish that there had been a coffee table or ottoman for his feet when sitting on the sofa...maybe that could be the next purchase. Everything we might possibly need was provided and in excellent condition! Location is fantastic-loved the restaurants and market nearby. We rented bikes and were able to bike to restaurants, additional beaches, and shopping easily. Sarasota-Bradenton airport is 25 minutes away, so a very convenient distance. Bed was very comfortable. The sugar white sand on the beach can't be beat! Lots of chairs available at the beach every day and chair service to put them away at the end of the day. New beach towels and a beach umbrella were provided in the condo. A very useful drying rack was helpful at the end of the beach days for damp towels and suits. The beach was a good busy...lots of families enjoying it with sand and water games. We swam in the ocean every day and enjoyed watching the dolphins in the distance. We didn't spend much time at the pool, but I know it was warm. We had a minor issue with the water in the shower not draining well. I contacted Debra and she had it taken care of seamlessly and quickly! Good space to park right at the condo. Great place!

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Great location, easy check-in, unit was very clean and very up-to-date. Loved being able to walk to the beach without having to worry about parking, and the screened in patio made breakfast time great. Really look forward to booking in the future!
