The villa was brilliant for our large party of eleven, covering four generations. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough cutlery and crockery including plenty of options for the younger children. The bbq areas were fantastic surrounded by enough seating for us all. The pool and spa were perfect. Great position for the parks, restaurants and shops.

Everything was unbelievable. Everyone said they have never stayed in a more amazing place. We all were so very happy. The pool was amazing. The rooms were so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and lots of room for all of us. We definitely will be staying again.

This home was perfect, everything that could be provided was provided! The kitchen, bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked and more than enough of everything for ant size gathering! The movie, game and bedrooms were very well appointed, however, I have to say the pool and outdoor kitchen area were the highlights, I have no complaints on anything and would very highly recommend this house to anyone’s

Just an amazing property with by far the most awesome outdoor space. Pictures don’t do it justice on that outdoor space. Pool, hot tub with controls on the heat so you can get the temperature you want on the hot tub. The outdoor tv’s have tons of apps so you can watch whatever you want while relaxing in the sun. Outdoor kitchen was excellent, just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the property. Home theater was excellent also. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be back soon. Plus a surprise was being able to catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks every evening!!

Beautiful villa in the most perfect, peaceful location. So close to the parks but far enough to chillout after a busy day. It was so clean and well stocked with everything you need away from home. We would definitely go back to this villa. Unfortunately the pump on the spa broke on day 2 and hadn't been repaired by the time we left but it did not spoil our pool time, Donovan did his best and was always very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The kitchen is fully stocked which allowed us to easily prepare foods for everyone, even the kids. We were able to use Airplay to play our own music and cast videos to the outdoor tv's and theater. Plenty of space for our 7 adults and 5 kids. And the outdoor kitchen and pool were icing on the cake.

Check-In was quick and easy. The Kitchen facilities are great. Wi-Fi access was a little iffy for some but finally connected. Every thing about this house is amazing. The grandchildren go to the H2O water park for 3 hours in the morning and then the rest of the day they are in the pool. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Only problem- it goes way too fast. Thank you, Jonathan for letting us use this beautiful house.

Our family of 11 adults and 7 children (0-12) loved our time at this beautiful house. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and tools. Having a bathroom for almost every bathroom was very convenient. The pool area was the icing on the cake; there was sun and shade available at all times and the view overlooking the lake was beautiful and peaceful. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. The property managers were really friendly as well. We had an amazing time at this property and highly recommend it.

This awesome home has it all!!! We fell in love with the outdoor space, ginormous pool, grilling area, and swim up bar, with TV’s to watch March Madness and movies at night! The theatre was a favorite space and the game room was so fun! The house is tastefully and neutrally decorated (which we loved), and having 3/3 washer/dryers was great! We would reserve again in a heartbeat! There were 17 of us, and it was not cramped in any way. Love the gated community for safety and felt comfortable going on long walks. And you can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the house!!! 10/10. It will be very hard to find another home that compares! Management company was also awesome! THANK YOU!

This property was fabulous!! Well maintained and cared for.. it surpassed our expectations in so many ways… we were able to watch the fireworks and a launch on our last night there, all while sitting around the pool area.. we hope to return in the future … thank you for sharing this amazing property with our family

We stayed here in 2015 and finally managed to come back and it was amazing. A special thanks to Donovan, the manager ,who was so courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.The only dissapointment was the condition of the chairs in the cinema but Donovan explained that they were on order and being replaced. Great time with family for the holiday

Truly a wonderful experience, everyone had a great stay. Pool was perfect, game room so much fun, kitchen well stocked. Can’t think of anything negative. Would love to return again very soon. The best ever!

We loved our stay at this location. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The only complaint we have is all the mattresses were horrible. They all should be replaced. Each of the mattresses had big holes on each side.
