(License number ET / 1448) Finca Ses Conies: Located about 4 km from Manacor in the direction of Colonia de Sant Pere, this 130,000 square meter property dates back to 1800 and has been restored and refurbished in 2012. The living area is 220sqm and is divided into 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 70sqm large living and dining area. In the front of the house there is a bedroom and the kitchen with a small dining room, before entering the living and dining area, which is followed by 2 further bedrooms and a second bathroom. All rooms are rustic designed and furnished and some have wall coverings made of natural stone or the wooden beams typical for Mallorca on the ceilings. All common areas have air conditioning. A former stables was converted into a small apartment with separate entrance, which has a bedroom with air conditioning and a small bathroom. Outside, the garden with a 5x10m large pool and various sun terraces invite you to relax. An outdoor grill offers in the summer the possibility for comfortable and sociable get-togethers with friends and family. Since the property has a gas heating, it is also in the winter months an interesting destination that guarantees a varied and interesting holiday.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 21:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.
