Bikes must be secured in designated racks.

Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $200 will be added to reservations traveling with dogs. Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on property. Sweep up pet hair before departure. Minimum age of 25 required for the primary guest. No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another.



Getting Around:

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay.     Walkable to the beach was a bit of a stretch...walkable, but if you carry any gear its quite a ways. Unit was nice, little tucked in the trees if u like shady.

    We absolutely loved our stay at 7502! It was stocked with everything we needed and accommodated our dogs comfortably! We totally felt right at home! Walking distance to the beach and bike trails! Loved the screened in porch!! We will be back!

    Nicely decorated and super clean second floor condo. It had all the necessities. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. My favorite thing was the screened-in porch!
