Situated just steps from Boardwalk 9 to Pelican Beach, you can walk to the sands to see the sun set over the Edisto River or the shrimp boats amble by with their day's catch. Ride your bikes or walk to the pools just .4 of a mile away. Enjoy drinks and dinner at the Pelican's Nest oceanfront restaurant (seasonal) or at the clubhouse. This townhome offers a bright beachy atmosphere for your Seabrook Island holiday.

736 Spinnaker features light hardwood floors, kitchen, sunroom, and bathrooms. The open living area has floor to ceiling windows allowing light to stream. The blue and white furnishings invite you to relax while spending time with your family and friends. Enjoy the 48 HDTV. In the evening you can log in to your Netflix account. Gather around the wicker dining table while enjoying a meal prepared in the kitchen. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry, granite counters, hardwood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of space for multiple chefs to work together. A full size washer and dryer are available for your use. Barbecue on the gas grill while enjoying a cool drink around the table on the deck just off the kitchen and dining area. Connecting to the kitchen is a sunroom with a full size sleeper sofa (which qualifies as the legal 3rd bedroom), cushioned wicker seating and a fun beach decor. This is a great space for the kids to play a game or to enjoy quiet conversation with your guests.

There is a bedroom on the 1st floor and an adjacent full bath. The bedroom has a queen four poster bed, a twin trundle bed with bright coral and white decor, HDTV, and opens into the sunroom. The bathroom is just steps away and features a beautiful vanity with granite countertop, stone tile flooring, and a shower/tub. Head upstairs to the 2nd bedroom which has a king bed, reading chair, HDTV, and access to two sun decks. One of these decks has views to the ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom has a separate vanity area and a large tiled shower.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

    Location and place were wonderful. It would be clearer to list it as a two bedroom. The third bedroom is a sun room with a pull out couch — not really a third bedroom.

    The place was nice. Pictures make the place look more open concept than it really is. The key pad on the door needs a little more explaining and the instructions need to be updated. Also tge check out instructions in the book are totally different from the ones in the email.

    Great trip! Took our dog with us to the beach for the first time and she loved it. House is in a great spot. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the master bedroom, but not a huge deal.

    We think the add was somewhat misleading in that the ad opener “suggested” three bedrooms. Maybe thats been changed by the time this is posted. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. It’s a corner unit that is super convenient to beach walk #9.

    We enjoyed our stay. Good location. House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. I was expecting three full bedrooms. The one small sitting room with a sleeper sofa I would not consider a bedroom. Access to the shared bathroom is through the adjacent bedroom or going through the kitchen. The remodeled den is very attractive and there is plenty of seating room. The upstairs master bedroom was very nice as was the mattress. The outside deck needs cleaning as green algae/ mildew is on the rails where also there is some rotten wood due to water damage. Nevertheless, we would choose to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

    Great stay, the house was very comfortable for 4 adults. The door was very hard to open and lock, the storm door was broken and not the kitchen was not well equipped. The location was an A +, the living room and dining room very nice and accommodating! Overall a very nice stay on Seabrook.
