Stayed Dec 29, 2024We were disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were greeted by garbage bags left in the driveway, which was not a welcoming start. The house itself was very outdated, and the photos on the listing were not a full or accurate representation of the property as a whole.The pool was also a significant issue. The filter was not running, leaving the pool filled with leaves and debris, and the heater was not working, making it unusable. While the homeowner did respond to our complaint by calling a landscaper to clean the yard, it didn’t resolve the overall disappointment we felt with the state of the property.This experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing, and we would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023We had a great time at this VRBO. It is located a 15-20 minute Uber ride away from all of the prime locations and the value can’t be beat. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 30, 2023This place was even better than the photos. I rented this with my friends (9 of us total) and it had everything you could ask for. Amazing amenities (lounge pool, putt putt, shuffle board, ping pong, poker and more), lots of areas to hang and lounge around, a large kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Location was pretty convenient - 15-20 min drive to South Beach, Wynwood, etc - and the neighborhood felt safe. Host was great and communicative. Highly recommend this house and host!
