Stayed May 19, 2024We came to Hilton Head as first timers, but this will not be our last time! We loved how walkable everything in our neighborhood (Palmetto Dunes) was--15 mins from the beach, 10 mins from great restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, and golf. There were easy bike rentals close by if we wanted them. There were easy bike rentals close by if we wanted them. Right outside of Palmetto Dunes were Kroger, Whole Foods, and Walmart so shopping for food was easy. The property was very clean and nicely set up. Hilton Head, in general, was small enough that we could do something in the morning and come back home for lunch and then go out again and do something else. Our only two complaints and the reason we gave it four starts instead of five is that all the light bulbs were too low wattage throughout the house which made it very dark inside even with all the lights and lamps on. Both of the showers were really, really, really dark and the shower heads need replacing in both showers. Thank you for a wonderful week to recoup as a family after a harrowing year of fostering. It was just what we needed!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Close to a lot of attractions. This exact unit was kind of hidden so it took us a while to find but otherwise great location. Tons of towels, kitchen utensils and plates, and even had shampoo/conditioner, trash bags and dish soap. Set up great for a short term VRBO. I did knock it down a star bc the oven and stove top didn’t work, which meant we had to eat out for every meal. With kids, that was a little bit of an inconvenience. I reported it to property management, someone came out pretty quickly but couldn’t fix it, and then there was no follow up after that. I would have appreciated some sort of communication on what they were doing to fix it or maybe gave us something for the inconvenience or in the least maybe a recognition that they were sorry about the inconvenience.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We had a good stay at this property. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach (either a 15 min walk or short ride) and ease of access into Palmetto Dunes. Check-in was easy. The property could have been a bit more updated and with more toiletries, etc., but overall enjoyed the stay!

Stayed May 28, 2022We were disappointed with location. Unit backs up to entrance and there is an intentional gap in the shrubbery. That makes a nice shortcut for walking and bikes but it felt like negotiating the Kyber Pass to get to the unit. My bad— I should have looked at a map but I didn’t. The freezer had food in it when we arrived; we just threw it out. The master tub was a little grungy— just put down the non slip mat. Master mattress was superb, better than home. The living room sofa was super excellent. One lower bunk mattress was a bit lumpy according to a usually not picky kid. Kitchen had every device you could want but if I were the owner I would cull the dishes cabinets. There are 26 dinner plates! Like all units there is no place to store food, except the fridge. That’s not an unusual lack. Pretty much all condos are like that. Also, and this is just me, I am 77 I would really have liked a grab bar in the master shower/bath. Generally, the unit is well maintained and pleasant.

Stayed May 21, 2022The place we rented, 680 Queens Grant was great. Everything lived up to it’s billing. The beds were comfy and the couches cozy. A few small tweeks could make it perfect. 1) Leave 6 dishwasher tabs not 3. We had a house and did a load of dishes every day. Had to buy extra. 2) The cushions for the patio chairs should be waterproof. It rained the first we arrived and they were still wet when we left. We would definitely go again!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Very nice unit. Check-in process simple, very clean, management company called twice during the week to check on stay. Master on main with two bedrooms up is fantastic lay-out. Love Queens Grant. Only suggestion is they need a TV in the Master. The Carpenters

Stayed Mar 27, 2021It seems the full time residents/owners at this property, do not like or appreciate the renters. Security guards are far too aggressive. Parking situation is untenable. Washer/dryer unit broke down in the condo we rented, and we had to waste a day of our vacation, waiting for a repairman (which we shouldn’t have had to deal with)
