Completely updated, including all new furniture with a modern coastal chic farmhouse feel, this is the place to stay for your next Hilton Head getaway.

Located on the ground level with luxury light gray flooring throughout, this unit features a fully stocked, spacious kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that any chef will enjoy. There is a stacked front loading Maytag washer and dryer in the corner of the kitchen. The kitchen opens to the dining area that has a custom, locally made table with five chairs plus a bench seat.

The living area has vaulted exposed beam ceilings and a large gray sectional couch with chaise lounge that can fit the whole family, as well as a twin pull-out. There is plenty of space for the group to lounge and catch a game on the 75 wall mounted Smart TV after a long day at the beach or out on the golf course. A custom, locally made desk and comfortable chair provide a cozy area for any work that might need to be done during your stay. There is also a queen murphy bed in the cabinet under the TV for additional sleeping space and the arm chair opens to a twin bed.

There are two sets of sliding glass doors that provide plenty of natural sunlight and open to a spectacular outdoor patio with a gas grill and dining table that seats up to 6 people. This is the perfect place to enjoy a nice glass of sweet tea while relaxing after a day at the beach. You can follow the beautifully laid stone path for easy access to the community pool right from your patio.

To the right of the entrance are the two bedrooms. A bathroom with a single granite topped vanity and tub/shower that can be accessed from the hall or the guest room. The guest bedroom has all new furniture with a brand-new queen-size bed including a luxury mattress and 32” flat screen TV. At the other end of the hall is the master suite which features a brand new king size bed with luxury mattress and a wall mounted 55” Smart TV that has the perfect view from the bed. There is a nice lounge chair to relax and read a book right next to the glass sliding doors looking out onto the patio. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a single granite topped vanity and brand-new walk-in shower.

This villa has upgraded internet and Wi-Fi service to satisfy all your devices streaming needs or to help you accomplish those Zoom meetings while on vacation.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-October. This unit is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis and pickleball courts, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.

    We stayed in this unit for 10 days and loved it! The condo is updated and bright, decorated in a subtle beach theme. We both worked remotely during our stay and there was a nice desk and a big dining table where we could set up our temp offices for the week. Spacious and airy, the condo has plenty of room for 2 or 4 people for a comfortable stay. Two baths. King bed was comfortable; we didn't use the queen room. The couch pulls out into a bed, but it's in the middle of the living room. There are some things that need cleaned after the summer rental season. The couch was very stained (looks like someone's wet butt), and the outdoor grill was unusable due to mold. We needed Draino for the bathroom sinks. The kitchen tools were adequate, the towels and linens supplied were great. This unit has a little patio/courtyard a few steps down from the living room and a door that leads to the bike path. It was perfect for riding our bikes into the courtyard and locking them up to the tree with provided eye screw. The location is perfect for a quick bike ride to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis/Pickleball courts, the Country Store--really the whole island. We arrived on 9/29 just after Hurricane Helene. The grounds were covered with vegetation from the storm, but the crews got it cleaned up in a day or so. Queen's Grant and all of Palmetto Dunes really is immaculately kept. Our checkout was 10/8--the day before Hurricane Milton. 3

    The pictures of this place are beautiful but not as nice in person. The patio was dirty and overgrown. Had to call management to get them to clean it and was not that much better afterwards. We spend a lot of time on the patio or deck so it was disappointing. Beds are uncomfortable. Guest bath has very poor water pressure. Both sinks drain slowly. Location is great but for the price, did not feel it was worth what they are charging.
