Stayed Jan 28, 2026We had a great stay in this unit. It is an upstairs unit and farthest away from the beach, but we had no problem with noise from below, and it is right across from the pool. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable. The walk to the beach is about a minute. The sand on the beach is amazing. I would definitly recommend staying here.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 40B condo is BEAUTIFUL, very clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, has ample parking, and is close to everything you need to enjoy Siesta Key. This particular condo sits right beside the pool, which was very convenient and never loud. The property is very well maintained and is a very quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the shuffle board and grills every evening.The only downfall for us was that the description says both beds are a KING, but one is actually a QUEEN. My boys are too big to share a queen, so we had to make adjustments that I wasn't counting on. Other than that, it is just wonderful.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026The place was really clean and the staff was very accommodating. There are to nice bedrooms but one has a king bed and one has a queen. We are thinking of returning next year!
