Stayed Sep 2, 2025Everything was really great, just a few little suggestions. Very well stocked with dishes. Since the place holds so many people, we would have appreciated a full sized coffee pot. We had purchased coffee in advance thinking there would be one there. Maybe have a broom available for the renter to use during their stay? Felt like we could have swept up a bit (we were there 6 nights) and lastly, we were looking for extra garbage bags and couldn’t find any. Not sure if there were some available and just not looking in the right place? So just small things, your place was a great place to stay! We very much enjoyed it! Thank you Sherry

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This is a fantastic property. Very clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very convenient when traveling with couples. We would absolutely stay here again. Great place!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Beautiful property and great location in the east side. Property management is super responsive and the house is fully stocked. We enjoyed making big family breakfasts in the open kitchen. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The property was very nice and well located for our needs. The well stocked kitchen had most everything we needed for the 7 people we had staying in the unit as well as to prepare the food for the baby shower we were hosting at another venue. My only criticism was the ground level bedroom with private bath had no place to hang up clothes. It did have shelves to put luggage on but no closet. In addition, the bathroom had a pedestal sink, but absolutely nothing to put anything on ( ie makeup case, hair dryer, shaver...you get the picture. Finally, while I understand it is the south and you always fight insects, the unit had an issue with Earwigs that should be dealt with. That said, the other rooms in the condo were great and had everything our family needed.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025I can't stress how great this place is! We stayed a party of 6 friends. Plenty of room for all of us with each room having its own bathroom. Cleanliness was superb, decor was on point, had everything we needed. Location was great and wish we got to explore East Nashville more as we were told it is the up and coming trendy place, but we were too busy Downtown. Easy to get into town. We hired a car which I would recommend. 12 Mins into Downtown. Easy parking at either the Library or Metro Garage. If you enter after 5pm, it was between 5 and 10 for the night. Perfect. Thank you to the owner! Loved the accommodation. Beds and pillows super comfy. Absolutely nothing negative to say!
