6 Bedroom Fully Upgrades Villa Overlooking Golf Course

The location was great for us as my brother and family had another vrbo in the same neighborhood. There were some maintenance issues that we had and the management company seemed not to be aware of. They offered to come and fix immediately but the issues were not significant enough to have them interrupt our family time. Roberta and team did respond in a timely manner. The house is well appointed and the pool is nice. Home backs a golf course so there is a good amount of privacy . Bring your own incidentals- soap, shampoo, spices, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs etc. I was not aware that we had to bring all of those items so we had to make a trip out for those. We would return and stay at this property again.

This property is fantastic for a large group, however it can use just a bit of overall maintenance. Things were not working such as the dryer, the ice maker, the remotes in some of the rooms. So overall, had much of the amenities needed for our large family, just wish things were in better working condition.

I looked at this property against others for almost 2 weeks and this one really stuck out. I was looking for a home with a nice view plus a place to watch tv while kids were in the pool. This house was perfect! I tried to book it for next year as soon as I left but couldn’t find it yet! 10/10

Property was nice and was in a beautiful area. The master bathroom smelled like urine and the floors were slippery/greasy and not cleaned well. Other than that the stay was nice and everything else like bedding, pool, kitchen, etc. was clean. The neighbor however was watching the kids swim through the bushes and it made us uncomfortable. We were later told that he is good friends with the home owners and was probably keeping an eye on the renters (us), but it was creepy.

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for our family, plenty of dishes & glasses & housewares & comfortable beds. Location was further from Disney then we anticipated, especially with traffic. Unfortunately, we paid for pool heat & despite numerous attempts to contact Executive Villas via phone & email, the pool heat was never turned on or simply didn’t work. Almost every day was cloudy and/or rainy & so the pool never heated up. We are still waiting for a refund on the extra money we paid. For this size & quality of home, pool heat shouldn’t be an issue & was really disappointing.

It was a nice size house for my family and I. The house was clean and came equipped with enough towels for everyone and kitchen equipment. The neighborhood was beautiful. A few minor things that can be improved: Almost all of the remotes in the house didn’t have batteries. The door to the outdoor screened in pool area had a broken panel on the bottom letting all insects in. Overall it was a definitely a decent place to for the price.

The rental was spacious and the outdoor area was wonderful. I only have 3 complaints. 1. Master bedroom with hair in sink and shower. All other rooms were fine. 2. One of the outdoor screens was knocked in at the bottom. This made me nervous since a 3 foot long black snake (non-poison) was at the front door when we arrived. 3. There were several old southern cotton ball decorations. Most blacks are reminded of slavery and racism when they see such objects. They really need to be REMOVED.

Loved the layout and the Patio, TV and fans on patio were not working but it didn't matter as we loved the pool and temp was low 80's

The property was clean, lots of space and in a very good neighborhood

This house was AMAZING!!! We didn’t want to leave. Will stay here again anytime we visit the Orlando area!
