Welcome to our gorgeous, well maintained, Shiloh Villa , affectionately called Shiloh by our many returning guests, and means Place of peace and abundance.

Shiloh is a historic retreat boasting 6 sun-drenched rustic luxury suites with private bathrooms, with a unique two story interior mezzanine design, perfect for entertaining in and out of doors Shiloh is just sandy steps from the pristine waters of Big Sebago - The largest and prettiest lake in Maine. Easy access by boat or car to Harrison (6.5 miles) and Naples (8 miles). 45 minutes west of Portland airport.

Featuring the simple elegance of hardwood floors throughout, a restored oak and stone fireplace, Shiloh also offers the comfort of beautiful leather seating, marble topped tables, and a Chef's delightfully equipped kitchen with slate counter tops including a Kitchen Aid oven/range...with water views. In our suites we've added new comfy beds with fluffy soft linens,restored all the bathrooms' large clawfoot cast iron bathtubs with vintage chrome and porcelain shower/sprayers, makeup/shaving mirrors, and more! In addition to updating our water view and upper front decks, we've added a lovely perennial garden with peaceful waterview seating for meditation or early morning coffee rendezvous!

Perfect for hosting intimate special occasions and celebrations, retreats, art and music workshops, Shiloh is ideal for friend or family reunions , couples getaways, Best Buddies' weekends, catered weekend brunches, and local foodie/wine pairings.

Shiloh's private community beachfront is perfect for strolling, sunbathing, just relaxing on the soft salmon sands or enjoy the private mooring , floats, kayaking, boating,, water skiing, jet skiing... or an impromptu moonlit swim.

At Shiloh we offer seasonal customized specialty vacation packages and spa treatments (by appointment only/ pre-paid) featuring romantic retreats, wellness workshops, and family getaways with an option to including services from our Preferred Caters and Ezcatering dot com.

Shiloh Villa's Cleaning Guidelines:
We have 24-48 hrs blocked off before and after each visitor for professional cleaning and disinfecting for good health and safety.

For Guests: Onsite Laundry, cleaning and disinfecting supplies, toilet paper is provided, and all linens and towels are cleaned between guests by a professional service.

We welcome all of our guests to Shiloh Villa, in person for a brief tour of the house. Please share your best memories of your stay at Shiloh Villa in our guests log!

Please let us know what time you are departing for a walk through and/or brief survey.

Please review our House Rules:

Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped including a KitchenAide Oven. Please return all kitchen appliances & tools to their original storage spaces.

Please do not clean (dress) fish or game in the villa. Please bag and dispose of all shells, bones, kitchen waste, garbage, etc in the waste bins and take to Transfer Station.

Please do not throw shells or cascaras, or bones in the yard or gardens- they attract pests.

All towels and linens are provided:
Please only use the white towels for bathing indoors and the grey towels for the beach.

Please provide adult supervision (18+) for all children under 12 when on the indoor mezzanine or outdoor decks , or beach (no lifeguards).

There are two private moorings directly in front of the house, and the Sebago Launch is 5+- minutes walk from the Villa.

To access The Sebago Boat Launch, Parking at Mt. Douglas and the Transfer Station( to be CDC Compliant, guests must collect and dispose of their own trash/garbage at The Transfer Station- less than a mile from the Villa). Please provide a license plate and name it us registered under so we can have a pass made for that vehicle during your stay. A pass has to be filled out and dated for use, so we can just sort that out at Check In.

No pets, many of our families have allergies. There is a charge of $250/day/animal for violators.
No open flames or fireworks allowed.
Free Trash Transit Passes for Guests to dispose of their trash: $120 Pick Up Fee for left behind trash.

We are nearby to answer questions and caretake the gardens. Please message us through this APP with questions or concerns.

The WIFI formation is posted and we will provide the lock box code at Check In.
