Our home is located in a gated community conveniently near shopping areas. Enjoy one of our 2 master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Each master bedroom is located on opposite corners of the villa, providing added privacy. Our Disney inspired rooms are a good choice for children or teens. Both rooms share the Mickey and Minnie themed bathroom and are located on the same corner, making it ideal for a kids corner. Lastly, if you are an early bird, you can rest in our room furthest away from the pool area, next to the remaining bathroom, and a short walk from the front door.

In the morning, enjoy a nice cup of your beverage of choice in the dining area overlooking the pool area, or even better, take it out poolside under our covered lanai. Tired from a long day at the parks Relax in the Jacuzzi, go for a swim in the pool, or just bathe in the sun while taking in the cool Florida breeze. On the days you are recharging your batteries, kick back, relax in the large living room, and catch up with your favorite shows while the younger ones play air hockey in the game room. Hungry Cook your favorite meals in our spacious kitchen and eat it at the formal dining area - all without missing a second of your show, courtesy of our open floor plan. At night, dine at one of the great restaurants in Disney Springs, just a few miles away.

- Layout:

This villa is easy to navigate. There are no stairs to worry about as it is all one level. Each room sits on a corner of the villa (think a square) with two rooms sharing a corner and a bathroom. All rooms are connected by the living room which is in the center of the home.


- Bedrooms:

Master 1: This master bedroom is the closest to the pool. It features a king size bed that sleeps 2, private bathroom with stand-up shower and double sink vanity, spacious walk-in closet, and a smart TV with cable.

Master 2: The second master bedroom is located diagonally across from the first master bedroom. It features a king size bed that sleeps 2, private bathroom with stand-up shower, and a smart TV with cable.

Room 3: This room is ideal for early birds. It is furthest from the pool, but closest to the front door. It shares one of the common bathrooms. It has a king size bed that sleeps 2, a standard closet, and a smart TV with cable.

Room 4: This is our Mickey and Minnie room. It is located close to the pool, sharing a bathroom with room 5. It has 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 1 each, accommodating 4 total. It has a small closet and a TV with cable. Perfect for children to have a slumber party.

Room 5: This is our Lion King room. It is next to room 4. It has a twin over queen bunk bed that sleeps a total of 3. It has a standard size closet and a TV with cable.

- Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: This is the private bathroom in the first master bedroom. It has a stand-up shower and a double sink vanity.

Bathroom 2: This is the private bathroom in the second master bedroom. It has a stand-up shower and a standard vanity.

Bathroom 3: This is the common bathroom next to the kitchen and room 3. It has a bathtub and a standard vanity.

Bathroom 4: This is the remaining common bathroom. It is shared by room 4 and 5 with direct access to the pool. It has a bathtub, and a small vanity.


- Kitchen:

Open concept eat-in kitchen overlooking the living room and formal dining area. It has granite counters, a small breakfast table, and breakfast counter. Comes fully equipped with:

+Two door refrigerator
+Dishwasher
+Double sink with garbage disposal
+Full set of pots and pans
+Coffee maker
+Blender
+Dining sets, mugs, cups, and silverware
+Cutting boards and knives


- Living Room:

The living room has a cozy sectional couch with a large TV with cable and Netflix as well as a DVD player.


- Game room:

The game room features a pool table, air hockey, and gaming console. It also has a washer and dryer.


- Outdoor:

The patio area has a large semi-private, heated pool with a Jacuzzi. It has an outdoor table with 4 chairs in a lanai, which provides shade from the sun. For additional seating, there are four lounge chairs around the pool.
