It was clean and nice snd peaceful very clean The host was very helpful and accutate

The home was spectacular. Much nicer than could be conveyed in the listing. We planned for 10 guests and only 3 showed up, so this place was like a luxury hotel for our tiny group. The private pool and hot tub were super convenient and we enjoyed both.At check in the pool needed some attention and the host had it taken care of by the end of the day. The host was responsive to all messages which was much appreciated.As with all things, the experience was not perfect. The marketing of this property was not what I would consider fully transparent. The property is advertised as having a heated pool and a hot tub. Well, it does have these amenities, but if you actually want the hot tub to be “hot” then you must pay an extra daily rate. Same with the “heated pool”. There is no mention of additional fees in the listing. There was also and no mention of it in the contract…until 11 days before check in. (I rented it months in advance).The additional fees made the his rental just a tad above the cost to rent other comparable properties but with an advertised rate that was significantly less. The lower cost was the reason I chose this property. But I would imagine that’s the whole marketing angle for this property.This means of marketing appears to be permitted by VRBO. They did not seem to care.At the end of the day I am not even mad about it. We had a blast and the house was great. Just beware of what to expect.

Beautiful well equipped 5 BR 3 Ba single floor home (no stairs) containing all needed amenities and with a game room and a large private pool. Owners were very responsive to questions and requests. We would rent again.

The home is beautiful and inviting. It is very well maintained. The pool was perfect! We had plenty of room to move about and enjoy the days.

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It is nice and clean. We had minor issues, but Fred (Host) took care of them right away. The pool and the hot tube were great after spending all day at the park. There is a bit of a drive to the theme park, but this is due mostly because of traffic. With that said, we really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice quite neighborhood, house was more than enough room. Kids loved the pool. Paid the extra to use the grill. We used it one night and our burgers & hot dogs tasted like rust. So we opted to just cook rest of time inside.

The home was wonderful. The pool was great! We loved it! It was close to the Disney parks as well as shopping. The host was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely and has tons of space. The pool are is gorgeous, easily the nicest we’ve ever rented.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home provides all the necessities needed for a stress free vacation: relaxing deck with pool, hot tub, and lounge furniture. Quick drive to many restaurants and stores. Home owners are quick with answers to questions during booking and during stay.

My husband and I treated our children to a midwinter Florida vacation. Our first impression of the home was how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for 5 adults with privacy. We loved the pool and spa and the sitting area for eating outside. We were close to all amenities including golf courses. The owners Fred and Janet were responsive when we had any questions.This is definitely a place we would rent again in future.

We paid extra for a HOT tub, what we got was a molded tub that didn't heat over 86 degrees, the pool was 66 degrees. When we arrived we were told that the pool would be heated the day before our arrival. Upon arrival we found a dead frog and dead worms in the bottom of the green pool with mold in the hot tub. Someone was sent out to clean the pool but it never got hot. The owner said we had to keep turning the timer on the wall on the opposite side of the hot tub in order for it to heat up which it never did. It was broken for the first 4 days we were there and then never would stay hot. I own a hot tub and it it set at 98 degrees all the time, no one has to keep getting out and turning a switch on in order for it to stay that temperature. This was the worst VRBO rental we have ever had. Look elsewhere if you want to have a HOT tub and heated pool.

The rooms are nice a roomy. The kitchen was stellar. We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner for ten people and had plenty a room to cook, prepare and eat. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. My wife and I felt very pampered in there. The pool and jacuzzi have us plenty of relaxation and fun even on chilly days. pampered in

As a family we stayed again in this beautiful property and we enjoyed again a great time. We saw little improvements here and there - we had not missed but enjoyed now having them. Most valuable was the warm and friendly contact to the owners. If we come again to the Orlando region, this home will be our destination.

The home was very clean and everything worked as it should. The pretty is well maintained! There was a power outage prior to our arrival so our door code did not work. Called the owner and my call was answered right away even though it was in the middle of the night where the owners lived! I was given a master code and got right in. The most responsive property owner we have rented from using this app as well as others. Would definitely stay at this property again!

I was impressed by the property as listed on VRBO and my entire family was blown away upon entering this beautiful and spacious home. My grandchildren lived in the pool and jacuzzi during our entire stay and we really appreciated Fred’s prompt attention to our every need. Thank you Fred and Janet for sharing your home with us! House was clean and big enough for our family of 6. Great A/C and ceiling fans throughout home. Huge kitchen and convenient water and ice maker dispenser from the refrigerator which was very convenient. Owner was very professional and responsive. Our 3 children got their own bedrooms. Having 3 full size bathrooms was also a plus. Area was safe and quiet and it was close to Disney. Close to restaurants and grocery stores too. Great place to escape and relax after a busy day at the parks. Pool was very large and perfect for cooling off after a hot Florida day! Would highly recommend.

It was an amazing stay, definitely recommend this place! Easy communication with the owner. The home is beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very big and very clean. Nice size pool. Communication with Fred, the owner was very easy. If I had any questions he got back to me right away. He even called to wish us safe travels on our check out day. Thanks Fred for a great stay!
