Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Queens Grant Villas numerous times and love the area! This villa was very clean and has been updated beautifully. The villa doesn’t get a lot of natural sunlight. Additional lamps in all the rooms would help and possibly window treatments that allow daylight in from the entire sliding glass doors and windows would be great. The upstairs bedroom should be advertised as a bonus room upstairs with no closet, no windows and no access to a bathroom upstairs (it also is cooled and heated by the downstairs HVAC unit). For convenience, it would be nice to have 2 parking permits in the villa before arrival or mailed to renters versus having to go to office to pick them up. The property management company was very helpful with answering our calls and assistance. Overall, we had a great stay as we LOVE HHI.

We loved the location, the bikes, and the house. Very clean and accommodating.

Very nice property and included everything we needed. The bikes were a great bonus and we could get to the beach in just 5 minutes.

Location is excellent. Walkable to beach and conveniently located mid island to easily get anywhere on island. Condo had nice updates, but some wear and tear. Main door lock finicky to lock from outside. Sliding door to outdoor space in back of condo would not lock, but a makeshift barrier was in place. Not great outdoor space, two chairs covered in tree debris and very dirty. Kitchen drawer holding utensils was broken, difficult to open/close. Many of the plates, utensils and glasses in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before using. The dishwasher smelled grossly of seafood/fish on arrival. Ran it with dishwasher pod and the odor was gone. Floors had visible pet hair on arrival, used vacuum to clean. Sectional in living area nice but not the cleanest. Kitchen chair cushions are very worn. Appreciate nice beach chairs, plenty of kitchen items to cook if desired. Living area entertainment upgrades are beautiful. Not fault of owner or management company but huge amount of construction going on at adjacent properties including rebuilding fence barriers around trash and AC units. On last day the property adjacent to this rental was having tile removed/replaced with jackhammer noice all day. Beds were comfortable, adequate pillows and towels. Bathrooms nice. Workspace in loft nice.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Check In required us to drive to the rental place just to pick up the parking pass which we could have done at Palmetto Dunes and saved us half an hour. The rental company never sent us the wifi information that we requested so we spent the weekend using our hotspots. Lastly make sure you properly display the parking pass immediately. We got a 100 citation within 2 hours of arrival while we were still settling in for our vacation.

Awesome stay in a wonderful Villa. Super comfortable and tastefully remodeled. Enjoyed everything about the unit will definitely rent again.

We stayed in this recently remodeled condo in Palmetto Dunes for 8 nights and enjoyed it. The Palmetto Dunes General Store and two restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away and the development has lots of paths for walking, jogging and biking.
