>507 Barrington Arms is a favorite Palmetto Dunes Villa rental on Hilton Head Island that has just recently been updated. This 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation villa offers unbelievable oceanfront views from its bright, 5th floor penthouse location. Panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The villa has a coastal theme with a living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 55 SMART TV. There is direct balcony access from the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the breathtaking views.

The villa was recently remodeled with designer finishes including an updated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bath has a large walk-in spa shower and the guest bath has a soaking tub and upgraded fixtures.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and 32 TV. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a 43 SMART TV. You also have great views of the ocean and lagoon from this bedroom.
