5 Stars Family Villa 6BR Game room! BIG backyard!

Excellent, Excellent, and Excellent! Not too far away from the strip (about 7-minute drive). House was clean and ready for renters. Pool water was Lukewarm due to the weather but there is enough of other amenities to get involved in throughout your stay. Had immediate response back from Odelya soon as I reached out. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thanks!!

Great house and space for a large group. Fun games and nice back yard. Just needed a couple little things, maybe a couple night lights for long hall and bathrooms. I didn’t find shower mat for slippage until day before left. Under sink. Lights in LR did not work. Super clean and great host. Easy access and check out. Very good communication as well.

We had sooo much fun! The house had everything we needed. So many great memories were created there. So much entertainment! Highly recommend!!!

Great location close to the Strip with working AC, plenty of parking, and some fun touches like the poker table and hammock. Rooms were mostly nice and we felt safe during our stay. Bring lots of water.However, upkeep and basics were lacking: fridge water disconnected, pool only 2 feet and much smaller than pictured, mold in one bathroom, no toilet paper or towels provided, and one room is a hot converted garage. Communication was confusing based on what the property says, and what the paper said. We were charged an 85 early check-in fee.Overall, had some good features but fell short of expectations for the price.

Was good stay overall no issues. Owner was very prompt in communicating.

Worked great for a reunion of 7 older guys. Game room was well used. Great location and the host was very responsive and helpful. Pool was the only disappointment and there were no beds or futons (unless you count normal couches) in the common areas. We would stay here again.

Great property for a family with teens and fur babies. We liked the location of this property because of the convenience of several options of grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It’s close to the strip. Our small dog was impressed with the large backyard and enjoyed the patio. The kitchen is moderately stocked with the bare essentials you need. We spent an evening at home because there were plenty of things to keep us entertained. We cooked homemade meals and enjoyed the visit to the surrounding area off strip. The weather is mild in March so the home was a consistent comfortable temp.

This amazing place just off the strip is extremely convenient. A lot of fun and a good place to stay nice for families. Large, single floor with a big backyard.

I was a bit leary after my initial contact with Host Odelya; however, she continued to communicate until all concerns were removed. The house is older and has a dirt driveway in the front; however, it is also very spacious and welcoming. I would definitely book again.

Reasonably close to the strip, lots of space, lots of activities in the vrbo while youre not on the strip. Lots of places to sleep. Very satisfied.

Overall I feel ripped off and disappointed. “High end pool” in the listing should read Above Ground noise maker.

The host was very pleasant to deal with and the check-in process was easy! The house was very spacious. The only disappointing thing was the inaccuracy of the listing about the pool, quite worn down and shallow. Sleeping arrangements were fine and distance to the strip was good!

I rented because of the “5 star pool” and the pictures looked good. The problem is the pool is a joke. An old above the ground pool with an old feeble deck around it. The basketball game did not work, the snacks in the vending machine expired in 2020. Even the deck of cards for the blackjack table had 50 cards. Disappointing because didn’t live up to the VRBO description.

Great time!

We stayed at this Las Vegas house with 6 adults and 6 children in Summer of 2024 and had a great time. The indoor games like table tennis and basketball were a big hit with the kids. Despite the high summer temperatures, the house stayed cool. The aboveground outdoor pool was perfect for the kids. The beddings were clean, but the towels could have been cleaner. Overall, a good experience for families.

Hello - We had a party of 7. Four recently graduated high school senior, two parents and an aunt. This was the perfect house for us! The teens took the room with the bunkbeds and the three other adults had our own rooms. A nice kitchen and dining space. The kids and grownups loved the old-school video games. We also taught them to play poker while we were there. A quick trip to get to the strip and back again when that was warrented. All in all, a great location and a great house for a bigger group.

The description of the house was less than accurate. We chose this house because of the pool and activities available for our grandson. Pool is above ground and in need of repair not the what was advertised. The owner needs to invest in better bedding also.

This place was amazing! Perfect for any trip to Vegas. Just a short trip to the Strip and Town Square and you get to avoid all the high prices. The house was wonderful for our group and provided the perfect place for us regroup and hang out! And Hodi made the booking and checkin so easy. I would highly recommend to any looking to visit Vegas!

Middle class neighborhood. Remodeled home. A/C was fair as some bedrooms were very hot (but it was 110 outside). Pool is very small but was refreshing. Game room and ping pong table were great. Kitchen was great. Roomy home. Close to strip.
