This condo was absolutely Gorgeous! Super clean, comfortable furniture, everything in the kitchen you need and more! Windsor Place was beautiful! Very well maintained property. The pool and grounds were stunning! Everyday there was a pool person cleaning and constant property workers keeping the grounds beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

Reviewer Comments: We have been going to HHI for 25 years and this was by far the best villa we have ever had. The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped with all we needed. We usually stay ocean front in Forest Beach but after this trip the family unanimously agreed -we have found our new vacation spot at Windsor Place. Island Time was great at communicating with us and made the whole process easy.

The unit got new carpet and living room furniture in between my trips and they were so nice, the carpet was extremely soft. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bathrooms are both beautiful and spacious. Island time is our favorite property manager, we felt so taken care of. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Reviewer Comments: OWNER DIRECT charges a fee for rentals, then farms out the actual rental to another agency- which by the way charges another fee. Various mandatory options/chair rentals,etc are not disclosed on the OD site and you find out only when your confirmation comes thru- kinda of late for that!!. Save yourself some $$ and go direct with the actual rental people and QUESTION EVERYTHING- Initially, ISLAND TIME were puzzled when my request first hit them. It took many e-mails to begin to straighten this mess out with OWNER DIRECT. Months into the process, I was still getting e-mails that the rental was pending- even after my 2nd rental charge went thru. Complete BUSH LEAGUE OUTFIT

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Lovely accomodations with ocean views and plenty of sunshine from triple aspect corner unit windows. I didn't give cleanliness 5 stars because of the worn and spotted carpet. Owner is aware as I see from previous posts; they indicate that they are planning to replace it. Looking forward to booking again next year.
