4BR/4BA Premium Themed Villa

This is our second time to stay here. We love the house, the hosts, the location, pretty much everything. We highly recommend staying here. The house is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are some of the best, incredibly kind! We can’t wait to go back!

Can’t get a better location! The villa was beautifully themed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were fantastic. Excellent communication and always quick to answer any queries. We were sad to leave but hope to return in the future. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in April over spring break while visiting Disney and Universal parks. We had the best time and staying here made the trip so much more enjoyable. The kids loved the game room and pool. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after a long day in the parks. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the house was very clean and relaxing to come back to after a long day. It is located in a quiet gated community and we felt very safe the entire stay. The owners are very responsive to answer any questions you have. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my family- with our own pool for a later swim, clean environment with beautiful themed rooms and a bathroom for each room. Very cool games room and loving the laundry machines! Such a safe feel with the gated community and an amazing little restaurant, games room and water park within!

Sunny view villas was perfect for our family holiday! The villa is gorgeous, well maintained and the outside space is great. The layout of the villa works really well, the kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room. The villa had everything we needed, it is in a great community and the perfect location for Disney. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. We would love to return and would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd visit as a family to Sunny View Villas & another fantastic stay! Rob & Lindsay are perfect hosts with great communication. The villa is super clean & welcoming with the most comfortable beds. We spent most evenings in the pool after long days at the parks. Only a few minutes from Disney & loads of restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

The Sunnyview Villas was a perfect vacation spot for our family. The villa was beautiful, welcoming and clean. The kitchen area was spacious and supplied with all the comforts of home. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We used the outdoor space, pool and spa on a daily basis. Location was on point for visiting the Disney parks and shopping. Rob and Lindsay are wonderful hosts. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. They made the whole process seamless.

It's hard to find a property for two adults with a private pool and jacuzzi so we decided to pay extra for a 4 bedroomed villa that allowed us to park directly in front of the property. We were surprised at how massive this property is and would definitely recommend to our family and friends for up to eight people to stay. There are two twin rooms and 2 king (or bigger) rooms. The property is located in an excellent location for driving to the parks and restaurants and entertainment. We wished we had booked an extra week to have a bit more of a relax and stay at the property and to use the resort facilities.

Our stay at Sunnyview Villas was everything we expected and more! The house looked exactly like the pictures, and the hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and updated which made us feel comfortable and at home. Our kids loved the themed rooms, pool and spa, games room, and large comfortable couches for relaxing after a long day. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable (towels, kitchen items, bedding, etc). The host’s also left some starter items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. This was very helpful. The gift basket upon arrival was a thoughtful extra touch. The kids dug into it right away after a long day of travelling/before we were able to run out to get groceries. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Lindsay and Rob!!

Lovely villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of space for the 8 of us and it was a real home from home for us to recharge after busy days at the parks. The kids loved the pool and the games room and the welcome basket with snacks was a lovely touch. Communication with the owners Rob and Lindsay was fantastic every step of the way and we really appreciated them checking in with us to give support and advice during Hurricane Milton. Perfect location close to Disney parks, local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect! It was exactly like the pictures. We loved everything about it. The size, the closeness to Disney, and having your own private pool just steps out the back door could not have been better! We will definitely be recommending and returning in the future!

Just recently stayed at this villa. We had an amazing time. Villa is beautiful and owners were great. Responded well to emails and kept in touch with us while we were there to make sure everything was good. The villa is in an ideal location only 10-15 minutes from Disney parks which is fantastic after a long day. Lots of lovely restaurants on the doorstep too as well as Walmart. I would highly recommend this gated community home for your next family vacation! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of seven - four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool and game room! Close proximity to stores, restaurants and theme parks.

We recently stayed at Sunnyview Villas for 11 days. This was an awesome place to stay as it was super clean, located in a great gated community, had everything we were looking for and the owners were very quick to respond with any of our needs. As a group of 7, it easily suited all our needs. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and it made them feel very welcomed. Checking in and out was made super easy as these owners have thought of everything to help make your stay easier! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This house was perfect for our family. The location and accommodations exceeded our expectations. We have stayed on Disney property before and honestly, it took about the same time to get to the house from the parks as it was when we stayed on Disney property. And a LOT more cost effective. It's always nice to come back to a home after a long hot day at the parks--having couches to relax on, a large kitchen to make a quick family meal, a pool and hot tub to relax in, game room to also hang out in. The kitchen and living room area is bigger then what the pictures show too. The kids rooms are adorably decorated. You felt like you were still part of the parks at the house. The community waterpark, arcade and canteen on property were very well done and nice add ons. Communication from the owners was on point and made checking in and out a breeze. Every question we had from the owners, guest services, and the guards was quickly answered. It's a very quiet, nice, convenient, and well thought out home and community. Highly recommend!
