Excellent location. House is a bit dated, and could use a deep clean. Overall good property with lots of space in a great location.

Lovely house, clean up on arrival. Couple of issues whilst we were there but sorted within a few hours by management company. Basic kitchen utilities for size of villa occupancy and villa could do with a bit of updating ie painting etc.Overall a lovely villa over looking the lake, peaceful and sunsets were amazing. Would recommend.

Superb location for Disney park visits and also lots of close local shopping and restaurant options.House was exactly as described, with the large pool area offering some great sunset views.

The villa was perfect for the holiday we planned. The location was superb and the villa itself was large and bright.The only comment we would have is we felt the swimming pool was a bit grubby and although we questioned if it had been cleaned and were assured it was we still felt there was a green line around the pool.

we were really impressed with villa and pool area - exactly what we were hoping for. Great space for lazy mornings - pool time for the children - My husband and i were delighted with the beautiful downstairs suite!!The villa is perfectly situated for travel to the parks and other areas of interest. The only negative is the air con unit is a tad noisy for the users of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. A very comfortable stay - thank you!

The villa was well equipped with pretty much everything a family needs. We really appreciated the plentiful supply of towels! The pool area is great, not overlooked with lovely views over the lake for wildlife watching. It catches the sun in the afternoon and evening, perfect for an evening drink watching the sunset. The villa itself was clean but showed some signs of long term use as a holiday let, a little tired looking in places.

We had an excellent stay. Location is close to park or other attractions. Pool/spa has nice view. Kitchen is well equipped. Some decor could be updated but this is a minor detail ! Still had great trip ! Would recommend.

My husband and I spent 17 days at this property. It was our third stay at this location. We keep coming back because of the location, wonderful pool and amazing sunsets! The host is very responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend this property.

Our second visit to this home - spacious, great location, and the pool and hot tub are a fabulous way to the end the day, with rare privacy as they back onto a lake. Look forward to our next visit!

This house was lovely and exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for my family of 4 with room to spare if there were a couple additional guests in a party. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing there was wonderful after a day on-the-go. Would happily stay there again! Thank you!

We rented this home to be near family for the holiday. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the Xmas tree there upon our arrival.

Overall had a great stay at the house. Great location and loved the pool and hot tub. House could use some updating with the fixtures but nice clean furniture and nice and bright inside.

The house is a nice one. It could have used a really good cleaning. Loved having the pool on the property. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals. Some things could use updating. The rug in the living space, and the couches. Bedrooms need new bedding and to be cleaner. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property: the location is brilliant for the parks with many eateries and other attractions nearby; it is well-resourced and spacious; and we particularly enjoyed the pool with its lake view. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly by both the owners and property manager and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay at this property again when we next return to Orlando. Thanks for an excellent trip!

I hesitated to write this, knowing this is a valuable income for someone but things have to be fixed. After returning more than a week ago, I finally feel better after visiting multiple doctors for both my son and me. Unfortunately, during our stay, my son developed bacterial infections, and I suffered from an ear infection, likely due to mold and bacteria in the pool, which had noticeable algae. The cleanliness of the house was also concerning, with human hair found throughout and multiple encounters with water bugs, fire ants, and flying insects inside. While the owner was very nice, it seems that the management team needs to improve the cleaning services. However, I must say that the view and the neighborhood were great.

Great property, located perfectly for super-quick access to Disney World. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay, and during the stay the property management team were responsive. Would definitely recommend for a visit to Disney World.
